Reminiscing My Journey in Annie Besant College for Women

Overall Rating
I chose this college after meeting the higher authorities who were really good natured people. Then I moved forward to see the campus, it was nice with good infrastructure and labs. The maintenance was good too. Coming to teaching staff, they were also good and helpful. According to me, one need all the above to join in one college.
 

Academics Rating
Here, we have all the courses like B.Com, B.Sc, etc. I joined in B.Sc Biochemistry. So, here we got 5 subjects like English, Hindi, Botany, Chemistry and Biochemistry. The labs were really helpful. I enjoyed learning here and suggest other here. There will be no pressure but we love to learn.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are good in qualification and teaching. All the teachers during my time were either Masters or PhD graduates from their field. All of them are having their unique delivery of content. They used to indulge us in learning so much with their different method of content delivery. They never ignore any of the student in class. Even when lab is going on, they used to help us in all the ways we need. Any doubt regarding to subject will be cleared after class hours too.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we do have placement cell in our campus. It is really helpful to the students who are learning computer based courses. For other subjects too, there are given placement opportunities. Top recruiting companies were Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Wipro, and more. Even Financial services like ICICI Prudential, ICICI Lombard, DBS Bank, and many more companies came with good offers. According to me, there are 300+ offer letters received. Even top recruiting companies and leading MNC's from different sectors participated in the campus drive.
 

Hostel Rating
There's no hostel facility.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our campus got an auditorium with good infrastructure. There is cafeteria too with good upholding. There was a small first aid clinic in the campus with all required medicines. Labs are ventilated and equipped with good equipment. There was a library where we used to get books which ever required. There’s a sports complex too where we can relax and play some games.
 

Campus Rating
I am very much happy that I have studied in this college. We used have annual functions, and farewell functions, too. We enjoyed a lot. The college has also taken us to different botanical parks too to get practical experience of different plants. Overall, we got friendly environment with good education and infrastructure.
