Our college, Sree Chaitanya Mahavidyalaya is situated over a huge area surrounded with trees. The infrastructure of our college is quite average. It is situated beside the main road. There are several departments like B.Sc, B.Sc (Hons.), B.Com, B.Com (Hons.), BA, and more. The classrooms are airy and well ventilated. Several collections of books can be found in library. Latest laboratory equipment are available for every department based on subjects. Computer labs are also available for tech fields. The canteen is quite good at service. Overall academic performance is the main reason for admission in this college and I recommend others to go for the same because of its overall facilities and pocket friendly course fees.

So, now I'm pursuing B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science). Now I'm in 3rd year. In my case, all you need is to score above 70% at Higher Secondary Exam for B.Sc course specifically. For choosing B.Sc, student must have come with science stream and for BA; student must have come with arts stream. The admission fees are 1800 only. There is a special reservation for SC, ST, and OBC castes. For B.Sc, the course fee is INR 1000 per year. Students will get 5-6 months for preparing themselves for the Internal Exams which are conducted by the college. I've an interest in Computer Science that’s why I enrolled for B.Sc.

The faculties are quite good, but some of them are jewel. They are known for their management and behavior. All the teachers have good qualifications and their style of teaching is quite impressive. Most of them have completed their Ph.D. They are very supportive to the students and help them to grow.

60% of students get placements every year. Those who have focused on their studies can easily achieve their goals. I have gone for an interview and the company provided a handsome salary package that was impressive.

The rooms of hostels are quite clean and airy. There is tight security and 24x7 wardens are present there for any kind of help. Hygienic food is provided to the students. Some of my classmates have lived there.

The overall college infrastructure is good. All the blocks are orderly situated. The classrooms are clean and well ventilated. Sun rays can easily enter all the rooms. It is a 3 storey building. All the laboratories are well structured. But still there is room for improvement. This college has a basketball area, playground and stage.

Our campus has occupied a large area. Fresher's parties are organised for freshers every year and farewell for seniors. Annual fest is the best and it is organised in winter. Annual Sports activities are held every year.
