My experience at PC Jabin Science College

Overall Rating
This college in Hubli is amazing. Students are provided with career guidance and support to organise events. The college is all-rounded in providing good labs and other facilities and maintains good communication with the students.
 

Academics Rating
I took admission in BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) which is a 3-year course. Admissions are given to Science and Commerce students who scored at least 75% marks in 12th grade. BCA is for those who are interested in technical field or want to give government exams. The motive behind taking admission in this program is to get job as early as possible.
 

Faculty Rating
Coming to BCA faculties, they are good. Most of the lectures are conducted with PPT presentations but some professors teach wonderfully without even looking at the books. It is important to have grasping power to understand the topics and all lectures are comprehensive yet explained simply.
 

Placement Rating
I am in the Placement Cell of PC Jabin Science College. Good placement opportunities are offered by the college. I work with the secretary and co-coordinator, and it helps in gaining lot of knowledge. If you wish to gain knowledge, then you should work in a placement cell.
 

Hostel Rating
In our college, only girls’ hostel is available.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is very important. The college campus isn’t really large and there isn’t a separate playground. It is a small building, but the infrastructure and lab facilities are good. The seniors are always there for our support and participate in any activities conducted in our college.
 

Campus Rating
The PC Jabin Science College put both academic and culture at priority. It helps a lot of students to interact with everyone and improve their communication skills. Students are encouraged to participate in the events. Campus life is enjoyable as they conduct inter-college fest and award the winners.
