My Journey in Infrastructure is Anna University

Overall Rating
Anna University is a top ranked university in my state. University provides best placements. Nearly ninety percent of students are placed. Other students can join it to get good academics and reputed name across globe. My experience is best here. It offers project works, which makes us to place better in industries.
 

Academics Rating
My course is to be passed in 12th standard. Our cut off will be based on Physics, Maths, and Chemistry marks and calculated in the following way. Nearly Physics + chemistry + Physics = 300 for open category. The cut off is 280 or above and 270 for other categories.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are highly educated. They got their PhDs from our university and few from IITs and NITs. They will be guiding students in good manner. Few professors give industrial internship opportunities and guide students according to that and to the industrial needs.
 

Placement Rating
Placement cell is very active in our university. We have a place called CUIC which is responsible for our placements. Top industries visit our university such as Amazon, Flipkart, Siemens, Microsoft, Barclays, TCS, Wipro, and HCL that provide very good salary and job positions.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel is good. Mess food will be average.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is good is oldest university in the country. It was built by the Britishers during their rule. Infrastructure is good. We have RCC, a Reputed Computer Centre for education. a university library has more than one lakh books. We have student amenities. Library is the best place to study in our university.
 

Campus Rating
There are more than forty clubs in our university. We have Kurukshetra and techfest, which is major event in our university. Techfest has both technical and non-technical events whereas Kurukshetra has only technical events. There are more than 10000 students in our university.

    Anna University in Chennai is a big deal when it comes to engineering and technology education in India. It's got a bunch of campuses across Tamil Nadu, but the one in Chennai is the main hub. The students there are pretty sharp and the professors are quite knowledgeable. They offer a whole range of programs, not just in engineering but also in science and management.     Anna University is one of the oldest and the best universities in Chennai for studies and everything. However, doing engineering from here is better than doing MBA from here. Admissions to the university are through TANCET or CAT scores. TANCET higher ranked students join Anna University Chennai as it is one of the highest ranked universities. However, it’s the B.     Anna University, established in 1978, happens to be a premier educational institution. It's located in Chennai, right in the midst of a sprawling campus. It offers several professional courses and I sure was lucky enough to be granted admission to the civil engineering stream, based on my higher secondary marks.
