My Life in GITAM School of Technology

Overall Rating
My overall experience in this university is good. I have chosen this university based on its good reputation and good infrastructure.
 

Academics Rating
I have a lot of interest in software so I chose B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering. To get an admission in GITAM School of Technology, you have to undergo a test named GITAM Admission Test that will be based on 11th and 12th syllabus. The exam is moderate difficulty level.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty here in GITAM School of Technology are very well educated and qualified with good degrees and good knowledge. The style of teaching is very good.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a placement cell named CGC development. It is very helpful for us if any company is about to visit the campus as it will send one mail to us to apply.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, we have residential facilities for both boys and girls (separately). For 1 year, the hostel fee is approximately INR 160000 with food and accommodation. Meal is average.
 

Infrastructure Rating
GITAM School of Technology has a very good infrastructure. There are some academic blocks for respective courses. For example, School of Business is having separate blocks, Kautilya blocks with A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H sub-blocks. There are total 5 canteens available in this campus. We are having very big library with good amount of books and journals. Gym is also available here.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is here is good here. There are many clubs established in and if you have interested you can join in the respective clubs. Some big clubs are kalakriti, student life, etc. We have one big fest that will happen every year in February for 4 days and it has called Pramana where many celebrities will also grace the stage here.
