Decent Infrastructure, facilities available and provides good education

Overall Rating
I chose this college because it is quite affordable to me as compared to other colleges in and around Chennai. They also provide graduate scholarship and caste based scholarship like OBC and PMSS to the students who come through counseling. They give first graduate scholarship amount of 27,500 per year. The total fees differ for people who join college after counseling and for the ones who come under management quota. Thought he hostel fee is common for all.
 

Academics Rating
This college doesn't conduct specific entrance exams for admission but you need to have good score in your 12th grade. The labs contain various equipment. The only drawback is that it is not maintained properly. If it's maintained properly then lab facilities will be a standard. In biotechnology the curriculum provides the basic theoretical concepts and lab skills required for the industry applications.
 

Faculty Rating
The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. They provide their immense knowledge and skills to us that is to be based on the industry needs. They will clear all your doubts and guide you through the years of study. Not only this, they also help students in doing mini projects and final projects that will help us in getting a good job.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, but quite less companies for biotech come for campus placements. More no of IT companies will visit on campus.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the college hostel has the best facilities in this Institution. Unlimited Wi-Fi access is available. The additional facilities include washing machine and gym facilities are available, 24/7, CCTV monitoring, good quality of food, morning coffee, evening snacks etc.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The Infrastructure and facilities are good. The fees structure in this college is quite affordable than other engineering Colleges in Chennai. It has infrastructure and facilities according to the fees. Although it does not provide tire 1 facilities but it can if the infrastructure and facilities are maintained.
 

Campus Rating
More than 2000 students study here. Events are regularly organized during festival period but sometimes it seems to be affecting the academic activities. Yearly one a grand cultural fest named ‘Aavishkaar’ is organized in a grand way. Institute innovation council is a club in our college that conducts smart India hackathon and guest lectures with renowned personalities. This is done for the betterment of the students. NCC club is active in our college and its camps are conducted on a regular basis.
