Academically good college

Overall Rating
Overall, the college is average. It focuses more on academics than anything else. So if you are looking for a college to only study and participate in academic competition then this will be the best option. The transportation is also available for convenient commuting. The social life in college is very decent. Many inter-collegiate events are conducted.
 

Academics Rating
The academics are very strict here. We have monthly tests as well as mid terms and then finals. These all examinations are considered in your final mark sheet. You can only write the final exams if you clear the internal papers. Retests are taken if you fail in your internal exams.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is well experienced, but the teaching style can be more interactive. The professors have a more theoretical approach. The teachers are fair and don’t discriminate among students. Some teachers are relaxed and have good nature.
 

Placement Rating
We do have a Placement Cell, and I am a member of the Cell as well. My experience with the Placement Cell has been average. The faculties suggested some courses to me, but they were not up to the mark. Although, it is my personal experience some might think differently about it.
 

Hostel Rating
No hostel facility is provided as far as I know.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is very well maintained, it's clean and very green but the bathrooms should be more taken care of, and classrooms should look livelier. Some blocks have facilities like good lighting, smart class, clean desk but not all of them. There is a big canteen for students.
 

Campus Rating
There are many clubs you can join for example YEDC, consumer rights, NSS, NCC, etc. There are many bazaars and stalls being put up throughout the year. The culture of the crowd is pretty nice. The Interdepartmental, intercollegiate and sports day are conducted every year. There is also fresher’s eve and first day first show for the freshers.
