A Comprehensive Overview of Presidency University

Overall Rating
Presidency University is a great university with an amazing reputation in academics and modern infrastructure. Overall, the environment of diverse extracurricular activities and medium placement opportunities coupled with the supportive faculty makes it a great place for personal and professional growth. They help you a lot by providing education as well as many projects, competitions and for startups. I recommend this university for all above mentioned.
 

Academics Rating
My time at university has been enriching. The program was designed with a strong academic reputation and hands-on learning experience so I decided to enroll at Presidency University for B.Tech in CSE. The class includes a proper and full-bodied curriculum that goes from fundamentals to advanced methods, focusing on AI and ML, and had a good academic background as the entry requirements were competitive. The program particularly attracted me as it matches my career targets perfectly.
 

Faculty Rating
Presidency University has its faculties, most qualified and experienced in their specialized field. Most hold advanced degrees and research experience from elite institutions and bring real-world expertise into the classroom. They use a student centered approach promoting active participation and critical thinking. Lectures are well structured often with added case studies, discussions and examples that assist in closing the gap between theory and practice. The faculty is accessible and provides support to individuals as well.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, Presidency University has a full-fledged placement cell that supports students to get jobs. The cell conducts regular workshops, mock interviews and campus drives, linking students with industry-leading recruiters. Their assistance is invaluable in increasing our chances of securing desirable employment opportunities and internships since there are many students in my university that makes campus placements difficult to acquire.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, Presidency University has residential facilities with clean and well-maintained rooms. Hostel infrastructure is good, with services such as Wi-Fi, study rooms, common areas, etc. The food is not always as good as expected. However, between hostel life and the supportive community, it is a lively ambiance and overall a good experience.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Academic Blocks of Presidency University are beautifully designed. The university campus has full-scale academic blocks equipped with modern classrooms and labs. it is spacious and well stocked. Some parts of the campus are under construction. Nonetheless, the limited facilities such as sports field, cafeterias and common areas cannot compromise the comfort and learning environment for students.
 

Campus Rating
It does allow for a more productive and focused environment even with the workload that comes with all the assignments and projects. With exciting fests, cultural activities and active clubs catering to a myriad of interests, there has never been a lack of something to look forward to. The university has professor, aid, and mentor in your daily life with a dynamic yet supportive student crowd.
