Babu Banarasi Das University has some awesome things for students. The infrastructure is impressive, modern classrooms, well-equipped labs, and recreational facilities, which make student’s life vibrant and fun. The campus is full of energy, especially with all the cultural events and clubs available. Whether it is music, sports, or student organizations, there is always something going on, which definitely adds to the experience. However, when it comes to academics, there is definitely room for improvement. The teaching quality can sometimes be inconsistent. More practical, hands-on learning opportunities would be beneficial, especially in fields like Computer Science, where industry skills are key. The faculty members know their stuff, but some could do more to keep students engaged and make topics that are more complex easier to grasp. Overall, my university is a great place to be for its exciting campus life and excellent infrastructure. However, it needs to step up its game academically to truly match the level of excellence it offers in other areas.

As of my course, I am pursuing Computer Science & Engineering from this university and I have mixed feelings for this university. In some areas like Library, Labs, and Equipment, the university is very promising but on the other hand, it lacks academic value. However, for other courses, like BBA, LLB, B.Pharm, etc., the university is quite good in academics too.

The teaching is very unpredictable sometimes. It ranges from very good professors to boring ones. Some professors will really help you achieve your goals, if you are willing to put in the effort.

Placement here is average for the B.Tech students as the highest on campus placement goes to 7-8 LPA, while the average package ranges between 3-4 LPA. Due to the lack of opportunities and higher number of candidates, the placement for B.Tech students is not good but it differs for the other courses provided by the university. Although, the placement is average, the members in the cell are helpful as they guide you in every aspect possible.

The hostel facility is very good as there are several boy’s and girl’s hostels provided, each having a well-maintained infrastructure. They are equipped with all the necessity of living. The food is average but still better than other hostels in comparison. The security and medical staff is also there for each hostel.

Infrastructure of Babu Banarasi Das University is the focus. The university building is quite a spectacle in the whole city. The campus is filled with various amenities like bank, a very well structured stadium, Basketball court, tennis court, a spacious auditorium, canteen always filled with students, Nescafe (a daily go to place for me in the morning, do try their coffee if you ever step in this university), separate parking areas for each building, and overall a infrastructure masterpiece.

There are lots always happening on the campus. The crowd is vibrant, versatile, and varied, hence picking people of similar mind. Quite a number of clubs, societies to pick on be it AAina drama Udaan or drama society, NCC CAADETS to several. Of course, none leaves behind Utkarsh: the biggest one each year-and Manthan, strictly meant for business students keeping apart all the vivacious Fests. These events are the ones that bring campus life, offering endless opportunities for involvement, fun, and growth personally and socially. If you want a vibrant and cultured atmosphere filled with crowd and opportunities to make friends, this university is a go to place for you
