The BBDU hostel offers comfortable and well-maintained residential options for both boys and girls separately. The University has established multiple hostels to provide a safe and supportive environment with amenities to ensure that students can focus on their studies.

The BBDU Lucknow welcomes the students and is committed to provide accommodation for the students who come from all around the world. Babu Banarasi Das University Hostel can accommodate 2000+ Boys and 1000+ Girls overall in the available twin & triple sharing rooms. The BBD University hostel fees range between Rs. 80,000/- to Rs. 1,90,000/- annually.

The BBD University hostel fees depend on which type of accommodation students opt for and it needs to be paid annually through a Demand Draft.

Note: Apart from the above-mentioned Hostel fees, students need to pay a one-time refundable security fee i.e., Rs. 5000/-

There are some rules and regulations set-up to maintain the dignity & decorum at the BBDU hostel; the details about the same are mentioned below:

• Smoking or chewing gutkha and spitting is not allowed in the hostel premises.
• Gambling in any form such as playing cards is strictly prohibited in the hostels.
• Hostel residents at BBDU are strictly not allowed to do any strikes or form any unions.
• Consumption of alcohol / drugs are not allowed in the hostel; the possession shall lead to expulsion from the hostel and from the University.
• Hostellers are required to switch off the lights and fans when they leave their room and common areas.
• The hostellers should not use abusive or any form of teasing language in the BBDU premises.
• Cooking inside the hostel room is strictly prohibited without the authorities’ permission.
• The hostel in-time is 9:00 PM for both boys and girls and the attendance takes place between 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM. No students are allowed to stay outside during the attendance time or after the in-time without the authorities’ permission.
• Any electrical devices apart from laptop / computers (only for academic purposes) including heaters, immersion rods, iron boxes, and others are not permitted for the students to use in the hostel rooms without taking permission from the authorities.

At the BBDU Lucknow Campus, there are multiple hostels available which can accommodate around 2000+ boys and 1000+ girls respectively. Apart from the BBD University hostel rooms,  students can access multiple facilities including recreation rooms with TV & indoor games.
