This is my honest review about VIT AP University

Overall Rating
This is a good University with average package 11 LPA for CSE students and overall package 9 LPA. Here we can find so many different language speaking people where we have to team up and do the project and assignments given by the faculty together. This improves our social skills. We can also learn different languages here. We can enjoy with friends and have a good time. There is more exposure in VIT AP and that's the reason why I chose this University.
 

Academics Rating
You have to get minimum 29k in VITEEE exam to get seat in CSE in VIT AP. I got 28k in exam and I got seat in CSE specialization in software engineering. This is only for 1st category in VITEE. If you can more you can get seat at 50k also. My friend also got seat with 44k in CSE. She is paying more and she is under category 2.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty are good. Some are friendly and some are so strict. We have to always be conscious as how we are talking to them. Our action speaks a lot than our words so be very careful with your actions in class room. They have almost 30 percent of your marks in their hands in the form of assignment and quiz. Some are too good that they even give marks to average students. There are strict faculty members too so be good in class at least.
 

Placement Rating
Overall CSE students have 11 LPA average package. Other branch students also get good packages. The average package is of 8 LPA. The overall avaerage package for all students irrespective of stream is 9 LPA. The highest package in this University is 63 LPA of a CSE student specialization in data analytics. Here you can be short listed in placement from 3rd year 1st semester. If you are talented you will be selected so fast but sometimes luck also matters.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels are good but you have to be aware that mess food is not the best. You have to adjust in this. Overall it's good if you have previous experience in hostel. There are 3 women hostels and 6 men hostels. Central block is also a men’s hostel from 5th floor onward. Central block is an academic and hostel block where we can find both class room in first 4 floors and the remaining ones are hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
As construction is going on in some areas the University has a great infrastructure until now. We can find the actual plan of infrastructure in central block which is fabulous. In real life until now only 25 percent of infrastructure is completed. This is a huge project. We can find food street and rock plaza for food. There are so many different grounds to play outdoor and indoor games such as cricket, football, table tennis, badminton, chess, carom, etc.
 

Campus Rating
Best part is that there is no ragging in the University. It has a great campus life. Here the students only care about themselves. I lost some of my insecurities here. There are many clubs and we have to join minimum 2 clubs compulsory which gives you credits.

    I have been studying here for a while and I think that overall, university is actually good. It is a solid place to develop your future. Professors are approachable and knowledgeable. Library and labs are well maintained. There is a scope of acting in every field of life. We can participate in any sport activities and other extracurricular activities.     Like in these college there are all average things, like some of the students are getting good hostels and some them are getting bad hostels facilities. Sometime food is awesome sometimes like maybe you going to vomit. Some faculties are good enough but some of them don't know the concepts.
