Overall Rating
Overall the University is good. I want to give this University the title of the cheapest university of India because of its affordable nature. This University is located beneath the Amarkantak hill station with very cold weather and peaceful environment. But it lacks proper facilities such as good city exposure. It has nice hostel facility and even mess is good. Overall climate and weather is also good here.
 

Academics Rating
Academics are good. Eligibility is clearing CUET UG exam but cutoff is low of this University because of less popularity and hype. Faculty and teachers are very good and helping in nature. If you want to prepare for any other competitive exam then this is a perfect place for you because without any distraction of city life and with the help of library here you can easily clear any exam.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members teaching my course of BBA are very nice in nature and helpful in all aspects. In my class Dr.Priti ma'am is very nice in behavior and she is highly dedicated to her work of teaching. She has good expertise in this field. Vinay sir and Rahul sir are also good teachers in our department.
 

Placement Rating
Placements here are average. In course of tourism you get good placement.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels are good and they are quite affordable. The Fee is 3250/- yearly for OBC and 500/- yearly for SC / ST. One room has 4 students and overall good hostel facilities are present here.
 

Infrastructure Rating
University has academic blocks and special building for each department. There are smart classes in every department. Library is also available that is open for 12 hours a day. In Library you get good facilities of digital Computing and more. Swimming pool is also there but not opened yet. Sports facilities are available here for Badminton, Table Tennis, Cricket and more. A well equipped gym is also present in the university.
 

Campus Rating
There are less fests and not so good college life due to less city exposure. This University is good for dedicated people who are interested to achieve goal and become successful

    Talking about the overall review, the faculties were a mix of average and below average, infrastructure was best, weather of the area was best because of hilly climate. Sports and libraries were of top quality. I chose to take admission here because it is one among the two central universities of Madhya Pradesh, besides Dr. Hari Singh Kaur Sagar University....
