Academically good institute

Overall Rating
I am currently doing BCA from Institute of Applied Medicines and Research. Overall experience is nice because the management is good and organized. There are two canteens in the institute but it's average. The fee structure is also good in comparison to other institutes which is Rs.60,000/- per year.
 

Academics Rating
IAMR is a NAAC approved institution and a constituent part of CCSU. It offers various courses like BCA, BBA, MCA, MBA, BPT, MPT, BA (J&MC), Law, etc. IAMR does not consider entrance exams and takes admission only based on 12th marks. Exams are conducted on a regular basis. I have enrolled for BCA because it is the best institute to do BCA.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty of IAMR is generally qualified, many of the faculty have advanced degrees and experience in their field which is good to offer quality education to the students. The C programming faculty is really great at teaching according to me. In every exam, the teachers provide important questions and previous year questions that help a lot in the academics.
 

Placement Rating
In 2024, the placement record was 70% to 80% in our institute. Most of the placements were for BBA and BCA. Around 30 to 50 students were placed in different companies.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel is average but manageable. The security guards are always on duty and the rooms are also good. The hostels have both AC and Non-AC rooms.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is also really good. The class is well-designed and there are too many lights. It also has a projector. In the BCA department there are 3 computer labs which have a good number of computers. In our department lifts are also going to be constructed. The institute has a library and medical equipment.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is normal, but it is strict towards rules and restrictions like wearing a dress properly and it is mandatory to attend all the classes every day. But on the other side, the institute organises a fest, festivals, a sports event, and many more that boost student confidence.
