GNDG Commerce College Nagaon: A Hub of Sport and Cultural Activities

GNDG provides total 4 courses to the aspiring candidates. The courses provided are as follows: B.Com, M.Com, B.Sc and BAA. For being enrolled in B.Com, you need to be a pass out of 12th standard. For M.Com you need to pass an entrance exam conducted by Guwahati University. For admission in B.Com, BAA and B.Sc. an aspiring candidate must secure at least 50% in 12th grade and the same % in the entrance exam conducted by the Guwahati University.

As I have mentioned earlier that there are total 4 courses that are offered by the college. For enrolling in a graduation program the student must at least secure 55 to 50% in higher senior secondary and the entrance exam conducted by the government body.

In GNDG Commerce College Nagaon for every courses like B.Com, M.Com, BBA, B.Sc there are different departments like account department for account subject, business department for business subject or economics department and different department of science, chemistry, etc. All the subjects provided by college have a separate department for both online and offline courses. The college has 2 academic buildings which are named as commerce and science block. The college also provides both smart classes and the physical class teachers by teachers and computer. Many programs are also held in this college like cultural program, aluminous program, and faces program and the parties like Bihu, Teachers day, Saraswati Puja, etc. All the programs and festivals are celebrated in this college.

There is no placements given in GNDG Commerce College Nagaon but many companies and organizations take workshops where they train the students and they can learn about how to given interview or how to get a better job. Many companies also come for the graduate students after the graduation. They come here to interview them for their company.

Yeah, GNDG Commerce College Nagaon has its own residential facilities. In this college they have girl’s hostel for the girl’s and its fee is very less than other colleges.

GNDG Commerce College Nagaon has two entrance gates, one is the main gate and the one is the gate for entrance of bikes and cars. They also have the personal car parking & bike parking in this starting of the second gate. You can see the academic building and the boy’s common room. From the bike parking you can see the indoor stadium which is the biggest indoor stadium in the Nagaon also you can see straight to the second gate and will look at girls hostel. Before that science blocks is there is the commerce block. It has taught classes and offices for different departments. The facilities offered by the college to the students include: canteen, conference hall, smart classes, volleyball and basketball ground along with a garden.

In the morning time GNDG Commerce College Nagaon is too much crowded because of the students but after 9 all the students are inside the class. It has the NCC club and NSS club. College organizes the fresher program for all the new students. They also organize cultural programs every year along with sports day. Another cultural program which is held occasionally during the years. College also has their own football, cricket, volleyball, basketball and other sports system. They present the college on national level for various sports competitions.
