is accredited Grade A by the NAAC. The faculty of the University is very helpful. The lab at the College is good. Every branch has its own lab. The library of the University is fully air-conditioned, and the entire campus is WI-FI enabled. All course books are available in the library. You don't have to buy any books during the courses. Reference books are also available in the library. Overall, it's a nice set-up to be a part of.

I have joined the B. Tech course at the University. My Branch is ECE and it is one of the best branches of the University. There are around 15 lectures organized each week and our weekly schedule planner was sent to us via mail. It's an amazing University and academics are tough as mandatory seminars and workshops have to be done compulsorily.

Faculties are great except a few. Some of them are extraordinary, while some are too rude. They rely too much on textbooks, as sometimes during practicals we looked undercooked. Some faculties believe in finishing the course and they keep reading topic after topic even without asking, whether we have understood or not. Such a huge University but such poor faculties for B. Tech doesn't suit the University.

Placements are one of the finest at SVSU as even after so many students, placements are ensured. There are chances that some might miss the bus during the initial rounds, but for those a mega fair is organized and I have seen that even the students without any skill set were placed. So for this thing, University should be appreciated.

There are around 10-blocks of hostels and on average each hostel on the campus is of three-floors at least. Hostel rooms are checked and no scholar can be invited to the College. The hostel food is average as the same menu keeps repeating, but the rooms are nice and security-wise the hostels are great. The only problem is that for each disciplinary activity, there is a fine and the card is mounted directly on the card. So whenever you leave the College to take NOC, until, and unless you have cleared that fine, you can't get that.

What an infrastructure, as each building is great. The medical department, where there are three-blocks like one for MBBS, one dental, and one Physiotherapy is arguably the best area of the 253-acre campus. There are every facility for every course, like for engineering students there are labs. For B.Sc agriculture students there are farms inside the campus, and for medical students there are hospitals inside the campus. There are around 5-6 canteens and a mall, where a dedicated food court is there. In short, there's no facility that you won't find at the campus.

I feel sorry for Corona, as we have wasted two-years of campus life because of that. Now, when I see the University, I feel like there was so much that I could have done at the campus. This is my final year of B. Tech and unfortunately, I have never been a part of any activity, but this year, I will make sure that I make amends for all that I have missed.
