Overall Rating
My overall experience at the Institute during my degree was wonderful which was full of memories along with some experiences. The factors because of which I chose this college was its locality and faculty as I heard the faculty members are very nice and yes, also because of its hostel availability which was much needed for students who come from far areas to study.
 

Academics Rating
The course chosen by me was bachelors of arts with English literature as main. The eligibility criteria at my time was quiet easy because it was based on 12th marks. Frequency of exams was manageable as we had semester wise exams after every six months. We too had internal exams that helped us to prepare for our external exams well. The academics prepare us for real life challenges. When we have to leave our family for our good studies we experience the real life challenges.
The fee structure was Rs. 7.500 per semester as it was semester based degree. We have to pay the examination fee of Rs. 1,200 along with this.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members available were very nice and highly qualified. Their method of teaching at my time was very nice. They used to teach on the blackboard or white board also along with group discussions. The teacher student ratio was 1:3. There were many streams available in the college like Arts, Medical, Non-medical, Music, Home Science, etc. The bonding of the students with the teachers was good as all the teachers were very nice.
 

Placement Rating
As my degree was a non professional degree so there were no placements for it.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the college had residential facility available. They had a hostel which was well furnished for the students with proper hygienic food. The hostel fee was Rs. 18,000 per annum.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is very big in size which is surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. The campus has a library available which provides books. The classrooms of the campus are well furnished with seating capacity of 100 students per classroom. Along with this we have seminar halls, auditoriums, etc. available. The college has a canteen available. It also provides transportation facility. There were medical facilities that are available in the campus like first aid.
 

Campus Rating
Overall my campus life was amazing full of memories and lessons. The college organizes many extracurricular activities. They celebrated many festivals like Diwali, Holi, etc. The college had a huge crowd of the students as it had more than thousand students in each year available. There were many clubs also available like NCC, NSS, and many more. The college organized many fests like Mela. My experience of the college life was overall amazing.
