Chalapati Institute of Engineering and Technology is good for education & offers a happy environment where students can easily communicate with friends and faculty. The professors at my institute have really good teaching skills and are well educated and experienced. They are easily approachable & clear all our doubts with clarity. We can share all our problems with the faculties & they can solve our problems patiently. The institute environment is very calm and pleasant. The campus is very clean & there is a ground where we can play many games. The institute has launched SAP the previous year. SAP course is very useful for us to utilise the skills in our career and future. The institute has provided us with many facilities like hostel, canteen, etc. Many placement opportunities are provided to the students.

I am enrolled in the B.Tech (Electronics and Communication Engineering) program. Since we study about both hardware & software, this field offers a lot of scope in career perspective. The branch faculty members have an impressive teaching method. Admission process of the institute is simple. I joined this institute via counseling. The teachers guide us about what is important for the exam & our future. They give us real-life challenges so that we are prepared well in advance.

In my institute the fees are around Rs. 50,000/- per year. There is no special discount given on fee to the students.

The faculty is well educated, and some faculty members are Ph.D holders. All the faculty members teach us through blackboard and sometimes PPTs, and group discussions as well. The faculty members are very friendly with the students & they are ready to solve any problem. The teacher - students’ ratio at our institute is minimum 1:80. Most of the teachers teach in such a manner that our concepts are honed really well.

Students are prepared well in advance to appear for the interviews. Training classes are conducted for the students. Last year students were introduced to the SAP course to up skill themselves. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, etc. visit the campus to hire the students.

There is a hostel available for girls and boys separately. The food is good as compared to other hostels. The food is prepared under hygienic conditions in the mess. My personal experience of staying in the hostel was that I felt very safe and secure.

The infrastructure of the institute is well maintained with up-to-date classrooms and labs. The ECE lab is good & it has all equipment to hone our skills. We have a central library, a digital library and departmental library as well. There are labs for every department including seminar halls & convention hall. There is a canteen inside the campus that serves flavorful dishes to the students, and we also have facilities to play games as well as transport facility. My favorite palace in the institute is canteen.

The overall campus life is really worth it & enjoyable. There is a large crowd in the institute. There is various engagement activities conducted department wise for example, in my branch an event called Samvidh was conducted. The institute conducts many events & festivals including a fest named Novum. My experience in the fest was beyond words and I enjoyed a lot. A lot of celebrities & musicians are invited to make the fests more memorable. Students & faculties of other institutes are invited to attend the same and various quiz contests, games, & PPT presentations are conducted for them wherein the winners are given prizes. Many stalls are arranged to enjoy tasty snacks.
