Campus Life & Placements at SSIM Dwarka

Overall Rating
The institute is a part of Sri Sukhmani group of Institutions. The campus is so big that it does not have any playground area in the campus. There are less than 30 students in the PGDM batch right now. The management didn't take admission in 2024-26 batch of PGDM as they are working on infrastructure to make it better for students. Overall leaving some flaws, institute is good.
 

Academics Rating
I am pursuing PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma In Management) from SSIM. I chose it, as PGDM and MBA are more or less same. In PGDM, you get more practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge. For the admissions, you need to have graduation degree with at least 50% and have given CAT examination. There is also SSIM’s own entrance exam, which can be given at the time of admission. There 6 trimesters in PGDM 3 per year, in between these trimesters, you also have to do your internship and live projects.
Until 2023-25 batches, the institute fee was 6.5 Lakh for whole course, which was needed to be paid in 4 parts. However, for the upcoming batch it has been increased hiked to 10 Lakh.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are renowned. They are supportive. Since the number of students is lesser, so the faculties are able to have one to one interaction with all the students. Even our Dean takes classes for some subjects. It’s easy to reach out to her for any issue.
 

Placement Rating
SSIM Dwarka has TPO (Training & Placement Officer). It helps us to get placement in organizations. In our batch, all of us were placed for our internships with very good stipend. Most of marketing students got internships in Dabur India Limited Ghaziabad and I am one of them. Now the TPO is training, grooming, and teaching us for final placement so that we get our ambitions fulfilled.
 

Hostel Rating
Institute does offer hostels. There are separate hostels for both boys and girls. I can't tell more about hostel as I haven't opted for one. I am a day boarding student.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Institute has four floors in the building. The ground floor is for PGDM, first floor has Library, Computer lab, second floor is for designing students, and the last floor is for VIROHAN paramedic’s management courses. Institute does not have any playground area. It has canteen, which is functioning good. Classes are fully air-conditioned. My favorite place to sit in my free time is our canteen.
 

Campus Rating
College life is average. It creates extracurricular activities from time to time. It also provides a foreign trip for 5 days. Our batch travelled to Thailand. It also conducts industrial visits from time to time for the exposure to corporate culture.
