I chose the BAMMC course in SIES College of Arts Science and Commerce Nerul which requires a minimum percentage of 40% to enroll. The admission process was simple - Submission of documents, followed by payment of fees and ID card form filling. Every year is divided in two semesters. Thus, the entire undergraduate program is divided in six semesters. Course curriculum changes every semester with newer and more integrated topics and subjects. Exams are conducted twice - Internals of 20 marks and Externals of 30-60 marks depending on the subjects. Academics prepare us to face real life challenges in the world of mass media and help us to understand real life issues in the social and political world.

BAMMC has a yearly fee of Rs. 30,000. Especially abled students have less fee and more facilities like a writer during exams. Students with yearly income of less than 2 Lakh per annum have facilities like Book Bank and more.

The BAMMC faculty consists of 4 teachers at the moment. All 4 are highly educated and professionals in the field of mass media and journalism. Each teacher has a unique way of teaching the students and caters to every need of the students. Lectures are taken majorly through discussions and debate sessions. Social and political issues as well as features of the entertainment industry are talked about in detail providing an insight on all the possible future prospective careers.
