IILM University Greater Noida: B.Tech CSE Program

My overall experience of B.Tech CSE in IILM University Greater Noida is very good and decent. I joined this university because my brother is in 3rd year of B.Tech CSE. He recommended me to join this university and because of his positive review, I joined this university. Others should definitely go for admissions because of its faculty members and good coding culture in the university. The different thing is this university is the quality of faculty members who are degree holders and have experience before.

I have chosen B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) because of its future growth and people who are interested in Technical things like coding should definitely take. Eligibility criteria is simple. You have to pass your respective board exams and apply for admission by filling application form and then counselor will contact you. There was no need of JEE Main appearance until 2024 year. Exams are held two times in a semester: one mid semester and other end semester both have waitage that is calculated in CGPA. Academics environment and faculties motivated a lot for real life challenges.

The total fee of my chose course is around Rs. 7,36,000 having Rs. 1,84,000 per year, which is to be paid semester wise. There is only registration fee of Rs. 700. All other charges are included in total fee including exam fee and kit fee that include bag, bottles, etc. There is discount in fee known as scholarship given based on 12th marks, JEE Main marks, and many more. Special category of UP board students get scholarship by UP government form is submitted in the university.

Mostly around 80% faculty members are very cooperative and help us a lot in clearing our doubts. They are degree holders as some are post graduated, some have graduated, and have prior teaching experience. PPT's projects are given they carry laptops for attendance and programming classes. Mostly teachers are very helpful in problem solving. they solve doubts asked by the students. Student to teacher ratio is1:15. My bonding with teachers is very good.

Yes, there is placement cell in IILM University. Mostly students going in 3rd and 4th year of B.Tech reach placement cell for their placement. The cell takes their resume and helps them to get a job. Job fair and many other activities happen for placement. TCS, Wipro, Infosys, BlackRock, and many companies visit for placement. Average package is around 6 to 7 LPA and highest of all times is claimed to be 20 LPA.

Yes, IILM University provides hostel for students. Both on campus and outside campus hostel is there. There are total 4 buildings of hostel inside university and 2 to 3 buildings are outside the university. More than 400 to 500 students are in hostel. They provide 1, 2, and 3 seater rooms according to budget AC are also available. Yes, girl’s and boy’s hostels are separate. Mess food is good. Hygiene is properly maintained and mess is cleaned properly. Hostel fee vary from Rs. 1,00,000 to 1,60,000 per year. My personal experience in hostel is decent.

Campus is of 26 acres that includes Management, B.Tech, and Law building. Hostel is also inside campus. There are courts and grounds for the games like cricket, football, basketball, badminton and many others. Recently, it announced that outlets of Domino’s, Subway, and Haldiram are going to open in the university premises. Classrooms are air-conditioned and fully maintained having 60 to70 student seating capacity. There are two libraries in campus along with auditorium, seminar hall, and incubation centre. Medical room is also present. Security guards are also in campus. In addition, campus is good clean and maintained properly. My favorite thing is incubation centre. Boards projectors helps teacher a lot, which is a part of infrastructure labs, are also well maintained.

Overall, campus life is very good and decent. Crowd is there as many courses are provided in the university. There are about 3000 to 4000 students are in campus. There are many clubs in the university. I am part of sports club. Many sports coding activities collaboration with companies happed in the university like Infosys, Springboard, TCS, and many more. Fests are Mosaic, Fresher’s, along with many others. Events also organized in festivals. Campus life is decent in our university and infrastructure is also good.
