Galgotias University: Affordable Fees Structure with Scholarships

My experience in Galgotias University is good as it has great infrastructure and management. The factors that made me choose this college was because of better faculty members and facilities which college provides. It also offers various courses for a better career of the students. Students from the different regions also come here to study in this college. Many international students also come here for a better career and future.

I have chosen specially B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, because I wanted to become a computer science engineer. The eligibility criteria for admission is that student need min 60% in class 12th board and above 70 percentile in Engineering Entrance Exam. The admission through college is taken on class 12th board score and entrance exam score. Exams are held twice in each semester one is mid-term examination and other one is end-term examination.

The fee structure of B.Tech course is about Rs.1,63,000/- per year and it takes yearly charges. Apart from that our college provides scholarship to talented students for their better academics so that they can easily pursue their course. It provides various government scholarship.

The faculties who teach in our college are also very good and have a friendly nature. They treat the students as their own children and they clear doubts of students wherever required. They are also well qualified and have good knowledge of the subject. They teach the children through blackboard and with the help of ppt.’s. They have a good problem solving ability. The students have a great bond with the teachers and teachers also have good relationships with the students.

Our college provides placement opportunities to all the students who are very good in studies and have good skills. As many multinational companies also visit in our college to pick the students who are very good in studies and have great skills. Companies like Google, Meta, Microsoft etc. came to hire the skillful students for their better future. The highest package offered in our college is Rs.1.00 Crore and lowest Package offered is Rs.5.00 lakhs and average package is Rs.10.00 lakhs.

The hostel in our college is also very good and well maintained there are total of 9 floors in our hostel and one floor has more than 80 rooms. Each room has specific table, chair and cupboard for keeping the things. Apart from that there are AC and Non AC rooms and it depends upon the students which room they want to select. The girl’s and boy’s hostel are separate. The washroom in our hostel is also well maintained and cleaned regularly. The mess food is also very good and tasty. It is hygienic and they offer food 4 times in a day (morning, afternoon, evening, and night). It also has strict laws for ragging. The hostel fee is taken annually that is Rs.1,26,000/- per year.

The college has very big 5 academic blocks in our college. Its structure is also good and well maintained. Our campus size is also big and it is located at the mid of expressway. The classrooms are also big and well maintained. Each class here has a smart board and projector from which teachers can teach the students. Our college has also 3 libraries in which there are multiple books of various subjects. It also has various labs, one auditorium hall, one big seminar hall, and a conference hall. Our college has a big cafeteria where we can get variety of food and beverages. There are good sports facilities like basketball court, volleyball court, badminton court etc., where students can play. Medical facilities are also good as doctor is available 24x7 in the campus for any emergency.

My overall campus life is also good. The college crowd is very big as students from various regions, states and country come here for studying. There are variety of clubs like music club, tech club, sports club etc., where students can show their talent and enhance co-circular activities. Our college organises several extracurricular activities like hostel cup, Galgotias got talent etc. Our college is also very popular for organising fest and functions as they organise Prarambh in the month of October, Freshers in the month of January and Unifest in April. My experience in the college is very good as it has a great environment and students are also very friendly in nature.
