Overall Rating
Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science is good and well developed. It provides decent packages at the end of the final years. The expectations may not reach but the packages are good. Faculties are well qualified and they help us in clearing our doubts anytime we approach them. There is no ragging here in the Institute. Many freshers have fear of ragging at the starting of the Institute. But there is no such fear here.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen ECE in KITS Warangal. The eligibility test to get the seat in this Institute is through EAMCET exam. I have got the rank that is eligible for this course. Then the entire fee is to be paid before beginning of the academic year. Every now and then exams are conducted. We need to score well in our mid terms as they are added in overall grade.
The fee of my branch in Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science is around Rs. 97,360. The tuition fee is Rs. 90,000. The accreditation fee is Rs. 3,000 and other fee is Rs. 4,360. There is full reimbursement for the students that belong to SC and ST category.
 

Faculty Rating
Most of the faculties at Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science are well educated with required qualifications. Many of them have done their M.Tech from different Institutes that are spread all over India. They use projectors in order to present their PPT’s and explain them. Black boards are also used for clear explanations. We are welcomed at anytime to clear our doubts regarding subject. We also get to know about their studies and life at their B.Tech.
 

Placement Rating
Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science offers Separate training classes are provided to the students with separate fees for the placements.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science has residential facilities that are separately provided for girls and boys with separate fees. The food is hygienically prepared in the mess.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are a total of seven blocks at Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science, each block for each branch separately. This campus is located right in front of the Yerragattu. This campus is so huge. There is also a library in the middle of the campus. We also have an indoor stadium where we could play any sport that we are interested in. Right beside the stadium there is a ground where outdoor games are played like cricket. We also have canteen.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life at Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science is good. The campus is well maintained, many plants and trees are planted all over the Institute for greenery and coolness. They take good care of the plants and roads in the campus. There are many clubs like MDF, PMC, NCC, NSS, etc. Every week we will have an association hour for every branch. We can showcase our talent there by participating in the events they conduct. We have two fests every year, named Samshodhini and Sanskriti.
