Overall Rating
Kirori Mal College is the best college if you're looking to study science and specifically biological sciences as they actually teach everything that you need to know. This enhances student’s knowledge. If you're looking forward to some kind of great fests and fun it's not the place for you to be since fests are okay not so grand. The societies here are nice and you'll make new friends and get new experience here.
 

Academics Rating
Academics are best at Kirori Mal College. I chose zoology hons. Since I had PCB in my 12th. My marks were 428 out of 600 in CUET 2023. The teachers here in my department are very nice and they teach us with great enthusiasm. Classes are almost full because all the students here. The students here are good in their studies and want to increase those extra marks with their attendance. Exams for zoology are quite easy and you just need to prepare for that.
My fee for the first year was around Rs. 11,000. For second year it was Rs. 12,000. This fee is increased when your course requires use of computers.
 

Faculty Rating
Our zoology faculty has very well educated teachers. Our faculty has one professor who's so established that DBT and has given her own lab to conduct research with Ph.D students. Her teaching skills are good and are always ready to provide guidance on how to go and make our career in zoology. Teachers here mostly use PPT’s to teach but some teachers use blackboards too as it's zoology and it requires diagram for better understanding.
 

Placement Rating
Our college has an active placement cell, Avenues through which many people have been placed. The usual salary ranges up to 8 lakh per annum but there are people with package 24 lakh per annum too. Internships are also offered by Avenues.
 

Hostel Rating
Kirori Mal College only has boy's hostel and I have heard from my friends that it's very inexpensive and the food at their canteen is very good. If you're a boy try to get into this hostel. It's very well taken care of.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Being fully government funded, KMC'S infrastructure is not so good. The science department classes and infrastructure is actually very good as the labs, lecture halls have ac and are well equipped for practical purposes. There's 1 Auditorium, seminar hall and conference room in the college. My favorite place here is Ashoka lawn because you get to see so many flowers and college building at one spot with lush green grass and cozy sunlight in winters. Though they open that area very less for entry.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life was fun and happening. My one advice would be for you to join College societies because there you make friends from different departments and you gain real exposure through their events. I've joined Eneur, The Entrepreneurship Cell of Kirori Mal College and it's the best place to be if you're looking for some startup exposure in college and have fun. I've also joined CDRT where you're actually learning so much about disability so it's the place where you learn so much about new things.

    I Think my College, Kirorimal College New Delhi, is one of the finest College of India which offers multiple courses with such renowned faculties and their experience.     My overall experience at Kirorimal College, University of Delhi has been good till now. It has a diverse set of students from all streams - Commerce, Science and Arts. It has a good crowd though it is politically active. It is situated in North Campus. You can easily sign up for events happening in the nearby colleges and take part there. You'll get to interact with other people. The College’s back gate opens in Kamala Nagar. So, you can find PGs nearby. It was in my top 5 preference list.... Read Full Review
