My Journey in Kirti M Doongursee College of Arts Science and Commerce

Overall Rating
My experience was actually good. The most important thing about the college was the faculty. In addition, others should go for it because of amazing faculty and teachers over there. The experience was good. The location is very nice and it is very good for sports like cricket, etc. It is well known for its BMS course. BMS course may be renamed to B.Com but yea it is good. The thing about this institution is that it is location and opportunities.
 

Academics Rating
I chose BMS course, which may be changed, was B.Com of Management studies. The entry requirements are not much but for now, you may need a good HSC marks, and a good CET score. As I said, getting into this college is not very hectic so you can get in without any difficultly. 120 of 180 applications are accepted for sure in the merit list. The exams are like presentations, unit test, and semesters. The academic challenges are hectic but good and manageable.
Annually, the fee is Rs. 20,000. The application fee is Rs. 100. I did not get any fee discount and I did not need a fee discount, as it's already good. There are scholarships too.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty is amazing and the best thing about the college. Most of the teachers have PhD and are good. Their method of teaching is PPTs, GD, discussion, and activities. The teachers have PhD so yea they are good at problem solving. The faculty also has good bonding and they are approachable. They solve your problems and all so you can expect a good lesson from them. Hence, the faculty is good and qualified.
 

Placement Rating
Placement is fine but it has not like MNCs come here. However, placement depends on the individual.
 

Hostel Rating
There are no hostels in our college. Most of the students live in their own house.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus of Kirti M Doongursee College of Arts Science and Commerce is near a beach. Campus is kind of fine. It has buildings and place for car parking room too. The classrooms are good enough to fill in the entire batch. The library is good. It has almost every book. The seminar hall and auditorium is good and well made. The canteen is good and sports structure is very good for cricket. The good part of the college is good auditorium. The faculty is the best thing of course.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is fine. The college crowd is fine. There are no clubs but some student run fests and events related societies to organize them. Every department has its own fest and that is a good thing. The Campus is fine as I said and the rest depends on the individual. If you are into fests and all, this college might get you work in the fest and gain the fest management experience.
