My College Life in SAIT Bangalore

Overall Rating
I am currently a student at SAIT Bangalore and this is my review. The college and its infrastructure are amazing the placements and internships are not up to the mark. They are well versed in their subjects and friendly towards the students. The fee is not that high if you enter through CET.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen course of Information Science & Engineering. It is an under graduate course. It is a part of Computer Science & Engineering with a specialization in Information Science. The job market for this course is nice. The management is strict about examination. There are two internals in one same along with lab exams, which contribute to the final score. You can take admission in the college through KCET, management and also through Sunstone.
The fee for my course is Rs. 1,10,000. This does not include other fee like exam fee, library borrow fee, and document fee.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are nice and experienced. They are well informed in their field and subjects. They are professional and methodical in their teaching. The professors are friendly and clear any and all doubts you may have They are also very co operative and do not have a superiority complex unlike many other colleges. The teachers make you understand the concepts with minimal doubts.
 

Placement Rating
The placements in this college are not very nice. Many good companies do not come to this college and when they do come, it is not for technical hiring.
 

Hostel Rating
There are two hostels boys and girls. The girl’s hostel is inside the college while the boy’s college is outside but not far. The food is very nice and snacks are provided periodically.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college infrastructure is very nice. The classes are clean and well maintained. Every class is equipped with well-maintained smart boards and projectors. The labs are equipped with fairly powerful and adequate computers. Physics and chemistry labs are also well maintained and sufficiently rationed. The area around the college is also very decent. There is greenery around and inside the college, that I think gives it a nice look. The buildings are well maintained. Auditorium is not as big but still well equipped for most performances and gatherings.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is good. SAIT Bangalore is filled with students. There has not been any account of ragging, at least to me. There are not many clubs near the college but it is situated very close to Yalahanka and Vidyaranyapura, which has many clubs. It is close to BEL so no lack of clubs or party environments there. The fests and events can be improved.

    Sambhram Institute is situated in Bangalore. It was established in the year 2001. Our institute is affiliated to VTU. It was approved by AICTE.
