My Perception of GLWEC Hyderabad

Overall Rating
I would like others to join Gokaraju Lailavathi Womens Engineering College because it is very secure college. In our college, we can have good time with friends as we can have great time. This is majorly due to great academics, quality placement, and many other things. Management of the college is also providing placement training to get good placements to the students. It is one of the top engineering colleges in Hyderabad.
 

Academics Rating
I chose Information Technology because I am interested in software field. Requirements to get admission in my college are to be HSC passed and have at least 70% marks in TG EACPET (based on one’s category). Management seats are also available in this college. There are 2 CIEs and one final exam in each semester. Our academic papers are very tough.
We have to pay Rs. 70,000 per year. If you got seat in Gokaraju Lailavathi Womens Engineering College by convener quota, you will get remission of Rs. 35,000.
 

Faculty Rating
In first year, we had all good faculties. In 2nd year, few of them were good and in 3rd year, all of them were good. Lab assistants are not up the mark though. Some teachers are PhD holders and have really good knowledge. Rekha mam of Physics, Gopi sir of Mathematics 1, and Archana mam are some notable names of my department. Teachers explain every concept and encourage us in non-academics also.
 

Placement Rating
As mentioned above, we have good placements in this college. Placement training is provided to the students by experts in the seminar hall of the college.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is 9 on 10 because it is a new campus. We have all facilities in the campus. We have all projectors in the classrooms. Other academics facilities like seminar and conference hall are also present in the college. We also have transport facility. We have some sports facilities too.
 

Campus Rating
I would give 3 on 5 to the campus life. There are many clubs in the college but I am not part of any club because I’m not that much confident in all activities. Events, fests, and activities are also held in Gokaraju Lailavathi Womens Engineering College. Students also celebrate most of the festivals in order to keep the vibe of the college positive.

    Gokaraju Lailavathi Womens Engineering College is very good college in terms of most facilities. The teaching is very good. We have play ground in the college. We also have well equipped labs with good laptops. The placements are also very good in the college. We have different clubs for some aspects like dance, art, cultural activities, social media management, etc. The canteen facility is also available.     In our engineering college my course is CSE. College infrastructure and the quality education are given by the faculty and the overall clubs are useful to get communication and confidence. Training facilities for placements are provided. Communication among the people, friendly nature is awesome. Study of each student is just awesome all students are very competitive in nature.
