OJEE Entrance exam can get you a seat in Synergy

Overall Rating
I would like to share experience of my college. This college is established in 1999. This is the first engineering college of Dhenkanal. It is situated 3km away to dhenkanal bus stand and 5 km away from dhenkanal railway station. You can take admission through OJEE Entrance exam, JEE entrance exam you can take admission through by contacting college faculties. This college is Under BPUT University which is running this private Engineering college.
 

Academics Rating
The Academic is well structured, They provide all type of course for B.Tech they provide CS, EE, ME, CIVIL, EEE, For diploma they provide EE, ME, CIVIL, MINING. I joined B.Tech in CS by giving OJEE exam; I am a diploma holder student. This college taking 50000 to 55000 for college fees. I joined because demand of computer science in increasing day by day and my dream is to join Big technology MNC, that’s why I joined this course.
 

Faculty Rating
There are 25-30 teaching faculties are there. From my department (Computer Science) Very less teacher are present, Most of experience teacher are left the college and joined another college, But those who are present in the college they are having 6-7 years of experience. They are having M.Tech Degree about our HOD. He has PhD, The faculties are very strict, But Their teaching style is not bad at all they provide quality education.
 

Placement Rating
From my experience our college placement is very limited. If you are having 60% throughout semesters then they will give you chances but for other students they provide very less opportunities. They provide pre placement traing, But it will not work, because the training for the placement is not sufficient.
 

Hostel Rating
I am from Dhenkanal so I didn't stay in hostel, But I know about the hostel facilities, They are having both boys and girls’ hostel inside the campus, The food is acceptable but not that good, but they provide clean food. The rooms are 2 to 3 sharing; The gym is attached to the hostel. For security they installed CCTV camera but the security staff which was they given is like very dull.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college is having big area, The infrastructure of our college is very well structured, and All buildings are separate to other. There is separate Main building which is consisting of principal room, B.Tech department. For diploma they are having other department. About Academic block the rooms are clean but are getting old, There are 2 libraries. One study room, 1 big seminar hall, For my department all lab rooms are good. The college is having canteen facilities also.
 

Campus Rating
If you are an sports person then there is big cricket ground, 1 basket ball ground, 1 lawn tennis ground is there where you can do practice. But they didn't give so much time to play. Every year they conduct annual sports, annual function, For computer science department they conduct hackathons. The college is having NCC and NSS you can participate. At last I would like to say that Just go for study nothing else. Becuase they help you only when you study well. Best Of Luck.

    Our institute is very well structured. There are so many experienced teachers present here. You not only gain knowledge, they also help you in extracurricular activities here. Hackathons, inter college competition, etc are some events for your personal growth.     Synergy is one of the Oldest engineering college. This college is started by Sivani Educational Charity Trust in the year 1999 as a technical educational institute. It is accreditation by UGC and NAAC. It is affiliated to BPUT (Biju Patnayak University of Technology). There are three process of admission.     "Synergy College of Engineering and Technology”, My experience about my college is good but not better. There are so many process to take admission.
