Fee Structure and Faculty Support at KCASC Pune

The college is a good option for students pursuing professional courses. The teachers are also kind and helpful. There are various transport modes like auto, bus, metro, etc. are available near college. There are also good eateries available outside the college so students can have snacks or cold drinks, etc. in between the lectures. The college is also affiliated to Pune University.

The courses at Kaveri College helps to give exposure to various kinds of subjects like economics, mathematics, accounts to English, banking, entrepreneurship, etc. This helps students in choosing their specialization. The seats during admission are allotted on the basis of merit and for remaining seats admission happen later. The exams occur according to semester pattern and are conducted by Pune University. The cutoff list for our batch was 75% and it keeps changing every year.

The first year fee at Kaveri College is Rs. 24,700 and second year is approximately Rs. 27,100. The fee structure for general and backward categories is different for exams as well as for the college. No scholarships are available from the college side.

The teachers at Kaveri College are quite knowledgeable and helpful. They are also approachable and do resolve the issues faced by students. They use blackboards and whiteboard for teaching. At times other sessions by renowned personalities are also organized by the college. The teachers do consider extra time for assignments even after the deadline is over if there are genuine reasons. Mostly the students feel confident and relaxed talking to the teachers and coordinators. They also consider the suggestions given by the students.

The campus size of Kaveri College is less and at times parking problems for students occur. There are canteen and gym facilities as well but you need to pay separately for that. There are computer labs, science labs, AV rooms and library also. The college also has an auditorium which is common for school as well as college. The library has sufficient number of books ranging from subject specific to the general category.

Kaveri College crowd is good. The students here are from good backgrounds. The college also organizes number of fests and events which are organized by students themselves. There is annual gathering every year along with traditional and retro day. The fests like techno fest, economics fest, business fest, literature fest, etc. take place. There is also NSS camp that happens for selected NSS candidates. However no picnics are organized by college.
