Sri Krishna College of Technology: Good Placements and Academic Environment

Overall Rating
The overall Experience is average at Sri Krishna College of Technology. I have chosen this college because of the infrastructure they provide and the placement cell is a reason as well. The college is quite good at performing studies and conducting the exams. The students can choose this college as they provide well and good hostel facilities. The hostel food is good and they have scheduled food menu. They won’t provide non-veg in the hostel. The college has 5 to 6 canteens in the campus.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen the B.Tech Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. As the course is in high demand in future the students can prefer this course and the AI is going to change this world. Hence this course is valuable. The eligibility criteria is nothing but a student can join the college through Government quota and the minimum cutoff required to join the best course is 175 and above. The exams are conducted as 6 internals and 2 semesters for a year.
The students have to pay the fees in year wise. The total fee per year is Rs. 1,50,000 for government quota students and for management students it is Rs. 2,00,000 per annum. And yes they provide scholarship amount of Rs. 50,000 for SC / ST community.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties of Sri Krishna College of Technology are well trained ones and they teach us in a nice way. The coding languages are trained by the trainers from outside and the way they teach is awesome. The method of teaching is through ppt and they share it and teach us the subject. The problem solving abilities of our trainers are well and good. The ratio of teacher-student ratio is about 1:20. They are well approachable if we have any queries or doubts.
 

Placement Rating
Sri Krishna College of Technology provides placements for students at a good percentage of 89%. The average package is 4 LPA and highest package provide in our college is 44 LPA. The companies like Amazon, Microsoft, ZOHO, and many other companies would visit our campus.
 

Hostel Rating
Sri Krishna College of Technology provides hostel facilities where the hostel for boys and girls are separate. 1 room can be occupied by 4 students. The mess food is average in taste and it is hygienic. The hostel fee is Rs. 1,50,000 per year. There is no outing during hostel days.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus has different blocks and classrooms in which different students of the departments are separated by the blocks like CSE block, ES block, etc. The campus size is about 53 acres and it is located in Kovaipudur, Coimbatore. The classrooms are well maintained and students of 60 to 70 members can occupy. The library is quit big in which there are lot of books for the students. The labs, seminar halls, and conference halls, are big to occupy. There are 5 to 6 canteens in our college.
 

Campus Rating
The overall Campus life is good for students to study and get placed at good campus, but we need, to know which teacher could teach us well. The college strength is around 5000 members in campus. The event named AVANTA is organized every year and is celebrated greatly. When comes to sports, each year the house match is been conducted for every indoor and outdoor games including football, cricket, handball, etc.
