Life at JSS Academy of Technical Education: Student’s Perspective

Overall Rating
JSS Academy of Technical Education is a decent college in Noida. You will get a good branch here on quite low JEE Mains Rank. Main thing is that it is in industrial area of sector 62. This college will give you good opportunity for the industrial visit and healthy nature. There is a good connectivity of transport. This college has a special reputation in the market. Our Alumni network is very strong and the meetups are held on regular basis.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen Bachelor of Technology with Computer Science & Technology branch so that I can make my carrier in technology. JSS Academy of Technical Education will give you opportunities to make a bright future in your desired field. There is a 75% attendance criteria which you have to fulfill for giving exams. AKTU syllabus is followed in college. College organizes exam in every month. College faculties give guidance to students so that we can do much better.
I have paid Rs. 1,37,850/- for college fee and Rs. 1,01,000/- for Boys' Hostel with 3 seater, Non AC room. JSS Academy of Technical Education allows all students to fill the UP Government Scholarship Form and many of the students get the scholarship of Rs. 1,37,850/- for one year fee.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties of departments are well experienced & have a great knowledge of subject and current market demands. Teacher student ratio is very good in JSS Academy of Technical Education. Teachers solve the problems of students as soon as possible. According to me, the teaching staff is fully supportive and always eager to help the students. Three unit tests are conducted by the college. College is affiliated to AKTU & courses are NBA accredited. There are many sessions in class like chalk-board, etc.
 

Placement Rating
Placements of this college are decent. Companies get in touch with the college and organise interviews for recruiting the students. If the student has good knowledge of market and fulfills the company demand, then company hires the students. Medium package here is of 5 LPA as per the current data of the college. Highest package is of 45 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, JSS Academy of Technical Education provides the residential facilities. There are 3 hostels in college, 2 for boys and 1 for girls. Non AC with 3 seater room costs Rs. 1,01,000 per annum and Rs. 1,37,000 per annum for AC rooms for 3 seater. Hostel facilities are good here. Timings are quite strict for girls. Biometric system is present in the college. Hostel for girls and boys are separate.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are 5 Academic Blocks in JSS Academy of Technical Education with one Multipurpose hall, one cafeteria, and one Temple of Lord Ganesh. There is a big play ground, Game facilities and gym are also available in the college. Basketball, badminton, volleyball, cricket, football, tennis, etc. are commonly played games in the college. Infrastructure is very good and well organised. Campus area is of 28 acres. There is one spacious library for all students. Labs are well equipped with all equipment. Computer labs are well organized here. Hostel & campus has Wi-Fi facilities.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is full of joy, fun, adventure and obviously stress. Students have to give assignments on time. 75% attendance is compulsory. College crowd is not that much. There are 25+ official societies of college. I am the part of Akshargyaan Society. Regular fests and festivals are organized by college. Zealicon is the college official fest. My experience is very good for this college. I recommend other students to take admission in this college.

    JSSATE is one of the top private colleges affiliated to AKTU. I choose this college over others because of the all round facilities it provides. The college has a very good environment even among fellow senior and junior students. The faculty members are mostly Ph.D holders and the principal is a very well renounced man with very good connection with many IITs as well.     JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida has made me realise how easy CSE is. Our Institution promotes smart education and therefore the students who complain that this specialisation is tough and time consuming should join this Institution. Since I am staying at the hostel, few things, which I would like to put, are that the library and canteen are opened till the midnight and students are never served fast food in the mess....     The college is situated in the main city of Noida, sector 62 due to which it provides high connectivity and it is surrounded by various IT companies which provide great exposure to students. Besides this, the academic part is very good. There is a team of qualified teachers, usually PhD holders to teach you and they are very cooperative. Overall the college experience is good....
