JSS Noida: The Most Affordable CSE College

Overall Rating
JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida has made me realise how easy CSE is. Our Institution promotes smart education and therefore the students who complain that this specialisation is tough and time consuming should join this Institution. Since I am staying at the hostel, few things, which I would like to put, are that the library and canteen are opened till the midnight and students are never served fast food in the mess.
 

Academics Rating
CSE has the largest batch size at our college as there are almost 500 students admitted in this specialisation every year. My overall experience is at this Institution is very good. Practical knowledge and best theoretical instructions, we get both at our Institute. Lectures are there from morning 8:30 AM to 2 PM and practical classes till 5 PM. In first year, we started with Math and Foundation Science and now in this semester, we have started with coding exercises. In the next coming years, we will work on DSA and Capstone projects. So all the basic and advance concepts of CSE are covered in our academics.
Our fee is Rs. 50,000/- per semester which is considered most affordable fees for this stream.
 

Faculty Rating
Our faculties are qualified for giving the best demonstrations in classes as they have a great teaching experience and educational degrees that supports that. In our first year, the teachers cleared my fundamentals with their core teaching methods. Projects are first demonstrated in class by the teachers to put a point that project based learning is the best way to learn.
 

Placement Rating
JSS Noida’s placements are very good. From what I saw last year 7 out of 10 were placed. Some of the most promising names which I saw in placements include Oracle, Honeywell, Gemini, and of course every tech student’s dream company, Microsoft.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel rooms are less in comparison to the number of students so only triple sharing rooms are available with both AC and Non AC options. I have made my reservations at AC hostels and have paid Rs. 1,20,000/- a year for that. The best thing is hostels are close to the academic block which only takes us 2 minutes to go to college to hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our campus can be called as one of the most beautiful campuses. Our campus has academics blocks on one side and Garden on the other which is divided by road in between. The college doesn’t just support extracurricular activities but promotes them too by having an infrastructure for same. Our College promotes athletics with nearly 25% of the campus with sports facilities. Dance and drama are also promoted as there are proper halls where to practice. There is only one Canteen but everything apart from that has made amends for everything which is missed in the Infrastructure.
 

Campus Rating
College crowd has supported my overall experience. As nearly 30% to 35% of the total strength of the college stays in the hostels, you tend to know most of them. For student’s engagement, college hosts events and particularly the sports fest named Mythri as teams from each department compete to win. To balance things out, the college organizes a cultural fest name Zealicon where students can show their cultural talents like singing and dancing.

    I am in first year, as of now my experience is good in this college. JSS is near to my house and I have also read reviews on Google and YouTube which changed my mind towards JSS and after discussing with family and friends I made my decision to take admission in this college.     Overall Rating
    JSSATE is one of the top private colleges affiliated to AKTU. I choose this college over others because of the all round facilities it provides. The college has a very good environment even among fellow senior and junior students. The faculty members are mostly Ph.D holders and the principal is a very well renounced man with very good connection with many IITs as well.     The college is situated in the main city of Noida, sector 62 due to which it provides high connectivity and it is surrounded by various IT companies which provide great exposure to students. Besides this, the academic part is very good. There is a team of qualified teachers, usually PhD holders to teach you and they are very cooperative. Overall the college experience is good....
