Eastern Academy of Science & Technology is situated in Phulnakhara; it is situated 14 km away from Master canteen railway station. The college offers only engineering courses. The main object of this institute is to make a good technical student and provide good knowledge in technology. The college campus is very big and it is near highway.

Institute is having only engineering course like B.Tech, M.Tech and Diploma. After completion of 10+2 I scored 75 percentage, so I changed my mind to take admission in engineering. I took admission in B.Tech Computer Science and the course fees I paid is Rs. 75,000. I know about the college that this college is very good in placement and faculities are very good. There are so many processes to take admission. 1st one is you have to clear JEE main exam, for M.Tech you can take admission through GATE exam or you can direct take admission and for diploma you just have to clear 10th with good mark.

Faculties are very good. In few year There are so many Contract teacher are present, but there teaching methodology style is awesome. The faculties are having in depth knowledge on their respective fields. They conduct doubt clearing class, quiz test, every week they check our assignment notes and practical notes. They are very humble and very strict about study.

They provide placement like service based company, core company, companies like hexaware, Tata Consultancy, Infosys, Jindal, Syntel, HCL, HP are visiting every year. Our college average package is Rs. 2.5 to Rs. 3 LPA. I got job in Syntel company with package of 3 LPA. For final year student they provide mock test, grooming classes, Pre placement training, and Spoken English class. The placement cell is very good.

Eastern Academy of Science & Technology have boys and girls hostel, They provide Wi-Fi, medical facilities, gym facility. Every day they provide News paper and magazines for general purpose. The hostel is totally marble floor, there is a lobby space is present. Most of the rooms are 2 to 3 sharing and the hostel fees is around Rs. 4,000 to 7,000 monthly. They provide homely food, the food is good but not very good.

The College is having big building with lift facility. The labs conditions are up to the mark and labs equipments are in good condition. For computer science they are having smart labs. They provide internet facility with 2mbps speed. There is 1 canteen where sitting capacity is 300. There is one digital library where you can find all types of books for all branches.

Eastern Academy of Science & Technology campus is crowded but pleasant atmosphere. For Cuttack and Bhubaneswar students and Faculties they provide transportation facility. For meritorious students they provide study loan facility, if you are a sports person they are having spots association. For final year student they conduct convocation day and farewell day. In last week of December they organize annual function.
