My Experience in MESGI Vizianagaram

Overall Rating
My overall experience at MESGI Vizianagaram is good. It covers important topics but need to focus more on providing real world exposure and helps in getting prepared for further jobs and studies. Factor that helped me in choosing this one is friendly faculty. College is surrounded with greenery offering pleasant nature.
 

Academics Rating
The course chosen by me is ECE. Entry requirements are that you should qualify EAPCET exam, which is conducted by AP government. If you do not get good rank, there is an option for management seat also. Admission will be based on EAPCET rank. Frequency of exams is 2 semesters for 1 year. In every semester, there will be 2 mid exams. My academic focuses on preparing us for real life challenges.
I have paid yearly fee of Rs. 70,000 where tuition fee is of Rs. 35,000 and university fee is of Rs. 6,150. Bus fee on an average will be Rs. 17,000 based on your distance from college. I have paid nearly Rs. 30,000 and I am from NAD Vizag. There will be fee difference between management quota students and students who are direct joining via EAPCET.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty to student ratio in MESGI Vizianagaram will be 1:15. The relationship between us is too much friendly. The background of faculty is good as most of them are having PhD (Doctorate). They use blackboards, PPTs, Group discussions, etc. based on the topics. Problem solving ability of faculty will be good.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, there is a placement cell in MESGI Vizianagaram. It is active for students of final year. It helps us in getting a job and also prepares us for job interviews. They conduct some activities like group discussions for soft skills. Maximum students are hired by our college’s own company Miracle Software Systems. The lowest package is Rs. 3.5 LPA, average package is 5 LPA, and highest is 9 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, my college offers residential facilities also. Hostels for boy and girl’s are separate. Mess food is nice and maintains good hygiene. Hostel management follows strict rules. timings are from morning onwards to night 10:00 PM.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There will be two main blocks that are Block A & B. other blocks are also there for other purposes. Classrooms are of capacity 50 students. Some of the classes have projectors. There are facilities like good library, labs, auditorium, cafeteria, and transportation. All the facilities are good in college and it is surrounded by greenery. The library has vast collection of books (academic and non-academic). Our college also has well designed cricket stadium.
 

Campus Rating
My college conducts fest and extracurricular activities every year based on the exam schedules. Our. There will be freshers and farewells every year. Many memories can be made in the college.

    I think this is the good institute to study due to its environment and faculty. All the teachers behave friendly with every student. They teach everything in a nice manner. The courses offered in my institute are very helpful. The fee here is very less.
