About Raghu Engineering College from Student’s POV

Overall Rating
The campus life at Raghu Engineering College is pleasant and vibrant for students. When it comes to infrastructure, the college is spread over 50 acres with well-maintained libraries, sports facilities, canteens, etc. and proper ventilation in classrooms and hostels. The faculty is praised by the students for their knowledge and way of approaching to the students. The placements are excellent for students who are studying in CSE branch. For the other branch students, it is average when it comes to placements.
 

Academics Rating
Our college offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs in Engineering. When it comes to faculty, each and every member in our faculty is experienced and well qualified in their fields. Moreover, our college’s management maintains high student pass percentile in semester examinations. In addition, our college supports research and innovative education. The curriculum is regularly updated and industrial oriented education, which includes industrial training and partnerships.
For the Engineering courses, we had to pay Rs. 80,000 per annum. We had to pay extra fee of about Rs. 10,000 as maintenance fee. There is nothing like special discount the special categorized students. There are few scholarships offered by the government of Andhra Pradesh and other organizations.
 

Faculty Rating
Raghu Engineering College has team of experienced and well-qualified faculty members. Each and every faculty member is a PhD holder and graduates in their respective fields. Many faculty members has industrial experience with work experience in top companies like Infosys, Wipro, etc. The faculty student ratio is 1:15. Faculty members are good at problem solving and have technical experience. The way of teaching is engaging and approachable to the students.
 

Placement Rating
When it comes to placement records, our college has best placement records in last few academic years. The highest package they offer is 47 LPA and the average package they offer is 4.5 Lakh Per Annum. The top recruiters are Amazon, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, and HCL.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel fee in my college is approximately Rs. 1,60,000 including mess charges. The hostel is well maintained and sanitized with unlimited Wi-Fi connection. There are separate hostels for boys and girls.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our college is surrounded by the natural greenery. Our college’s architecture is modern as well as traditional one. It has well-developed labs with modern equipment and Wi-Fi connection all over the college. The library is digitalized and has wide range availability of books and journals. Sports facilities like cricket grounds and basketball courts are present here. There are canteens with a variety food options along with a spacious auditorium for the conduction of events and orientation programs.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life at my college is good and engaging, which offers to students an excellent academics. Our college offers us to participate in extracurricular activities such as cultural events, sports tournaments, and club activities. It also has various other events like festivals, tech fests, youth fests, etc. throughout the year. Overall campus life at my college is good and prepares students success in their fields.

    Raghu Engineering College is better college compared to others. There will be free to study for students. Present Artificial Intelligence course is running very perfectly and there will get a lot of knowledge to graduate for upcoming jobs. It is a good nature where we are studying.     My overall experience in REC Visakhapatnam is better than the expected. The easy mode of admission made it the better choice of college. The strict curriculum in this college is different from other colleges. It has the best infrastructure and great canteen facilities.     REC Visakhapatnam is near a village named Dakamarri. The College is very beautiful to look at and has a very good atmosphere. There are great faculty members with tremendous knowledge.
