Location of college is like a hill station. You will find great sceneries around the college. But you will not find any cinema halls, nearby. There are shopping malls and good market few kilometers from the college. Teaching is good. You can also get scholarship if you are from UP. You will get lot of free time for your studies. Sports culture of college is also good; it will help you, if you are sports enthusiastic. Seniors are the core of the college. They are so much helpful. You can ask them for any problem. You will get a B.Tech degree, in few lakhs only. Its less fees is the most attractive feature of it.

REC Sonbhadra is a fully government college. You will get admission in this college by giving JEE Mains exam. You will get CSE in this college around, 1.4 lakh general rank. There are three branches in this college - 1.Computer Science & Engineering 2.Electronics Engineering 3. Electrical Engineering. In this college you will get enough time, to follow your passion. If you want a government college, with decent facilities and want to do GATE, you can take admission in this college.

All faculty members are co-operative. You can clear your doubts in classes as well as in free time. All classes are regularly taken at respective times. All the professors and assistant professors are appointed by government, so no problem of leaving the syllabus in middle. Only few faculties are guest faculty. All the professors teach in hinglish (hindi+english). Some professors have their YouTube channels, where you can see all the lectures of their respective subjects. Here, all the assistant professors have done M.Tech and all the professors have done PhD in their respective fields.

Yes, we have a placement cell in the college. It is actively running. It keeps sending us all the internship and job opportunities. We have a Whatsapp group where all the notifications come. They organizes seminars and meetups with the placed students of the college. Also, they provides materials, videos lectures to study.

Yes, there is hostel facility in the college. There are 4 hostels. 3 for boys and 1 for girls. All year girls reside in one hostel only. There is water cooler facility, two in one hostel, washing machine facility; one in each hostel. Also there is a one badminton court, one table tennis room, in each hostel. Also there is balcony and terrace. You can celebrate birthday parties there. In night you can roam on the terrace and find peace.

Infrastructure of college is decent. College is constructed recently, so buildings are new, academics halls, classrooms, and library is great. Also, some part of college is under construction now, So it will take next 1 and half year to build completely. Recently, open gym is made, sports ground is also made, but it will be ready to play in few months. In college you have good Volleyball ground, decent cricket and football ground.

In campus, Student Activity Centre (SAC) is present, where freshers' party is organized; all programs on festivals are done here. SAC and canteen is going to center for group discussions and general meetups. In canteen, you can get everything you need. From fruits to maggi, samosa, omlet, aloo paratha, burger, ice cream, chips, biscuits, daily needs like soap. In night, you can take walk around the campus. There are clubs like literary club, coding club, sports club, cultural club also you can create one, if you like. There are two main fests organized yearly- freshers party, engineering day fest namely UDBHAV and UNMESH.
