B.A.LL.B Program at Amritsar Law College: Admission Process and Eligibility

My overall experience at Amritsar Law College has been amazing. The wonderful campus and the fantastic infrastructure were the main factor which made me choose this college. The teachers are kind & humble and they help students a lot. I think it is a very good college where everything is available in a good manner. Overall I have enjoyed my time here. I would suggest other to go for this college.

I chose the B.A.LL.B program which is 5 years integrated course. My motive behind selecting this course was that I wanted to practice advocacy in the future. You can choose B.A.LL.B directly after 12th class. At Amritsar Law College, the eligibility requirement for this course is passing H.S.C with at least 50% marks. The admission process of the college is simple.

The per semester fees of my course at Amritsar Law College is Rs. 33,000. Therefore, the total fees is Rs. 3,30,000. Scholarship is provided for SC and ST students.

The teaching staff at the college is very well educated and highly experienced. All of my teachers have Ph.D degrees and their way of teaching is easily understandable. They use blackboard and PPTs for teaching. They treat every student equally and don’t engage in any kind of partiality. Moreover, they always try to interact with every student and are ready to help students regarding every matter. They never get tired; no matter how many times students ask them doubts or queries.

The infrastructure of college is amazing and the overall premises are huge. It has beautiful architecture which is well-maintained with a focus on cleanliness. The classrooms are huge with projector in each class. The college has a large auditorium which is adequate for organising various functions. Moreover, a seminar hall is available at the college. It also has a central library along with various departmental libraries. The campus has a huge ground with big parks. There is also a cafeteria in the college which provides healthy and nutritious food.

My campus life has been very enjoyable. There are a lot of students is college, some are local and while some are from other states like Bihar, Jammu, Himachal Pradesh etc. So the student population at the college is diverse but it feels good. There are a lot of clubs in college like women empowerment, student committee, etc.
