Overall Rating
DRK Institute of Science and Technology has good infrastructure. The institute is suitable for students from middle class background as it has affordable fees. I chose this institute because it is located nearby my home. It has remarkable faculties for various programs and students are provided exceptional placement opportunities. The campus infrastructure is also very good with well-equipped academic and non-academic facilities.

Academics Rating
I chose the Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) course because I am Interested in Software Engineering. This course provides many skill development platforms to the students. Students have to complete intermediate and qualify EAMCET for admission in this course. Students can also pursue this course through the management quota. Admission process is very simple as students need to submit the required documents to enrol in this institute. We have Total 8 semesters in 4 years tenure. We need to study well to as the exams at the institute are difficult to pass.
The academic fee for my course was Rs. 35,000 per year. I also had to pay Rs. 12,500 as JNTUH fee in the initial year and Rs. 2,500 for the remaining years. The semester fee was Rs. 760 for each semester. Scholarship is available for the students those who are passed in EAMCET exam. Students can also access various State and Central Government scholarship schemes. Students can fill the scholarship forms at minimal charges.

Faculty Rating
The facilities available at the institute are highly qualified as most of them have completed their PG or PhD degrees. The student to teacher ratio is 35:1. The teachers have built a good relationship with the students. They are eager to clarify any doubts of the students. The teaching modes used at the institute are blackboards and projectors which facilitates digital learning. Group discussions are also conducted in class.

Placement Rating
The institute offers brilliant placement services to the students. The highest package of the B.Tech course is 14 LPA, the lowest package is 3 LPA, and the average package is 8 LPA. Internship opportunities are also provided to the students from reputed companies like Wipro, Amazon, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Oracle etc.

Infrastructure Rating
DRK Institute of Science and Technology contains 2 blocks one for CET campus and another for us. The ground floor has a well-equipped seminar hall. The building for my course has total 4 floors with 21 classrooms in each floor. It has 1 large library which contains most authentic books, magazines, and other learning material for students. Students can play multiple sports at the institute such as Cricket, Basketball, Football, etc. Medical & transportation facilities are always available for the students and there is separate fee for transportation services.

Campus Rating
My campus life is good and the students are interested in attending the institute. It conducts fests and events every year such Fresher Party, Independence, Science, Maths, and Annual Day celebrations. Students can also participate in various extracurricular activities. The institute has an Instagram group called DRKians which is maintained by the final year students.
