NSUT Delhi: Amazing in Every Way

Overall Rating
NSUT East Campus, New Delhi is a great institute that provides quality education across different courses. It provides many opportunities to their students as it is one of the best institutes in Delhi. I choose this institute because of its reputation and quality education. Also, it has a big campus of approximately 150 acres. There are many high tech labs and provides a good quality sports complex.
 

Academics Rating
NSUT East Campus, New Delhi is loaded with many courses in Computer Science with good curriculum focusing on the new trends of technology. The admission is done through JEE Main rank and after that a JAC Delhi counseling happens to verify your documents; once verified you get a seat in the institute. Exams consists of 2 internals, a mid semester exam, practical, and at last the end semester exam. Sometimes attendance criteria can frustrate a student but overall it is a good. The academics prepare a student for all the real life challenges he has to face in the real life.
We have to pay fee yearly. It is approximately Rs. 2,00,000 which is increased by 10% every year. Total fee for the course is Rs. 10,00,000.
 

Faculty Rating
This institute has the best faculty for every subject. Not all but many teachers are dedicated to teaching by their heart. Most of the faculty members have done PhD, making them more qualified in their respective subjects. Most teachers use PPT to teach. Every faculty member is supportive to all the students. Teacher-student ratio is not up to the mark and because of this reason; some teachers have to take additional classes. Bonding between students and faculty is also good.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell is responsible for updating the students about the placement opportunities. It conducts placement drives in which many renowned companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc. come to recruit the students. The average package of NSUT East Campus, New Delhi is close to 13LPA to 15 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel facilities are provided to non local students. Hostel mess serves decent food. Hostel fee per semester is Rs.60,000 including the mess charges.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus size is nearly 150 acres with a well build infrastructure. It includes newly build APJ halls, AC classrooms, canteen, library, gym, sport complex, computer labs, etc. Most of the classrooms are spacious and have a capacity for 80 students. There is a basketball court, a volleyball court, a running track, a cricket ground, etc. The institute also has a fully air conditioned gym with functional equipment.
 

Campus Rating
The institute has around 10,000 students making the campus diverse. There are many societies which organize fun events like, Bollywood day, ‘Rezonanz’, and many more. The annual event of this institute is called ‘Moksha’ which is one the biggest event in the whole Delhi. It is a 3 days event, having many fun activities. Overall, I am really enjoying my college life well.

    NSUT New Delhi has been hands-down the best university I could get. Being a JEE aspirant, I always aimed at the tier -1 universities. Getting into NSUT, gave me the top tier seniors, alumni network, competitive peer group, and an amazing campus life.
