Overall Rating
Well, I am a final year MBBS student and my experience in the college has been really good. Actually, the reason I chose this college was that it was nearest from my home. After attending, I realized that it is a blessing to be a part of this college. It has best infrastructure as compared to other government medical colleges.
 

Academics Rating
I had a merit based admission here. I obtained nearly 531 marks and waited for the final mop-up round to get this college. We have 3 internal exams and a final exam in each year. To excel in academics, you need to study really hard from the start itself.
The fee varies according to the student category and gender. For girls, the development fee is Rs. 93,000 and hostel fee is Rs. 80,000.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members at Dr. Vithalrao Vikhe Patil Foundation's Medical College, Ahmednagar are skilled, experienced, and cooperative. Sometimes, they are really strict and will scold you real hard so, that you study well and score good marks in exams. Faculty members are helpful in dealing with external examiners. The bonding with teachers is really good. They are approachable especially when, you have any doubts or when you are facing any mental crisis.
 

Placement Rating
If, you have availed any government scholarship then after completing MBBS, you need to serve as a medical officer in government hospital or you can pay a fine of Rs. 10,00,000 and choose any private hospital to serve.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, College has hostel facilities. Recently, we have been shifted to our new hostel having strength to accept nearly 1000 to 1400 girls. All the facilities hostel provide are best including the mess food.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Dr. Vithalrao Vikhe Patil Foundation's Medical College, Ahmednagar has best infrastructure. It has been awarded a plus grade by MUHS Nashik. The college has well equipped labs, classrooms, canteens, cafes, etc. The college library is air conditioned with huge sitting capacity. It has 4 Wi-Fi routers as well. Just by looking at the college infrastructure, you will be motivated to study.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is really dreamy here. Various programs like bollywood day, traditional day, singing competitions, sports events, fashion competitions, fests, ganpati festival, shivaji maharaj jayanti, and others are organized. There are many clubs like red cross, NSS, etc. College crowd is also good. My batch has 200 students.
