4 Years at MRSPTU Bathinda: Exciting Student Life & Learning Experience

Overall Rating
My time in MRSPTU Bathinda was very good and helpful for me. I chose this place because many people told me that it is good for study and future jobs. After coming here, I saw the teachers are kind and always ready to help; they explain things in easy way. I liked how we did many projects and workshops, not only books. This helped me learn better. The campus is nice and students are friendly.
 

Academics Rating
I chose this course because I have interest in this subject and I want to make my future in this field. The topics in course are useful and easy to understand. During admission, university asked for previous marks and sometimes small test or interview. The process was simple and online. We have exams from time to time (mid-terms and final exams). This helps us to study regularly. The course is not only theory, we also do projects and presentations. It helped me to learn skills for real life and job.
The fee for my course was paid semester wise. In every semester, I paid around Rs. 25,000. In first semester, I also paid admission and registration fee. Some extra charges were also there for lab and library. University gives discount in fee for some category students. Also, there is scholarship for students who score good in 12th board or have money problem
 

Faculty Rating
The teachers in MRSPTU Bathinda are very nice and helpful. They have good knowledge and some have work experience. They teach us using blackboard, PPT, and sometimes group discussions. If I do not understand something, they explain again in easy way. They are always ready to help. There are not too many students in class, so teachers are able to give equal time to all the students. They are friendly and kind. My experience with teachers is very good. They not only help us to study but also kind of help in our life problems.
 

Placement Rating
In our university, there are many placement drives from various recruiters like Reliance, etc. so placement opportunities are average.
 

Hostel Rating
There are 4 hostels of boys. You have to change hostel per year so in 4 year degree course, you have to stay in 4 different hostels in case of boys. Similarly, there are 2 girls’ hostels. Mess food is of best quality. Hostel facilities and is good. You can feel good vibe here.
 

Infrastructure Rating
My university’s campus is big and clean. All departments have separate buildings. Classrooms are nice with good seating, and some rooms have projector for easy learning. Library is very good, with many books and computers. I like to study there, it is my favorite place. Labs have all equipment we need for practice. There is also seminar hall, auditorium, and canteen with good food. It also has medical room, transport service, and sports ground. Security is also good. These facilities helped me a lot during my academic years.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life is very nice and full of good memories. Students in MRSPTU Bathinda are friendly and come from many places. There are many clubs like dance, music, sports, and more. I joined cultural club and I enjoyed it a lot. University also organizes activities like competitions, workshops, and games. We celebrate festivals like Diwali, Holi, and have big university fest every year. It is always fun and exciting. I made good friends and learned many things. I like my campus life very much.
