Admissions in BBA at UIM Prayagraj: Eligibility, Documents, and Fees

Overall experience at UIM Prayagraj is average. I chose this institute because placements are good. The campus is also beautiful with lots of plants and greenery, which gives you peace that helps in study when you are tired. There are many cultural events here which keeps you connected with your culture and learn more things about your culture.

BBA (Bachelors of Business Administration) is a professional course, which teaches you about the business that how a business runs, and you can setup your own business. For entry, you should have your 10th & 12th marksheet, passport size photo, Adhaar card, etc. An eligibility criterion is having 50% marks in 12th. First, you need to fill the form for the seat, and then submit all the documents and after that, there will be an entrance test after clearing the test admission will be given. In BBA, there are total 6 semesters, each of 6 months. In every 6 month, there will be final semester exam. In case of internal exams, total 3 sessionals are conducted out of which 2 are compulsory. Academics prepare for real life challenges.

Fee for BBA is Rs. 67,800 per year. Registration form fee is Rs. 1,500. There is concession for students who get 70% in their 12th (10% remission in the fee of 1st semester).

Faculties are good. They give their best to teach students, although there are exceptions. Teaching method of faculty is good as they use the green board, PPTs, group discussion, test, etc. Problem solving abilities are also good. Sufficient faculties are there in the institute. There is good bonding with the teachers.

There is a placement cell in the UIM Prayagraj. Final year students handle the placement cell.

Hostels for boys and girls’ are separated. Mess food needs to be improved. Mess timings are 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM for breakfast, lunch at 2:00 PM, 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM for snacks, and 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM for dinner. Yearly fee of the hostel is Rs. 84,000 for two-seater room. In timing of girls’ hostel is 6 PM and no one can go out of the hostel at this time. I wish medical facilities were also provided to the hostellers.

Campus is small but everything is managed in that much. BBA has one building of three floors. Each floor has at least 8 classrooms with one seminar hall, library, and two computer labs. Canteen is also available in the premises. For transport, there are 7 to 8 buses. Auditorium is in UIT campus.

My overall campus life is okay. Crowd in UIM Prayagraj is normal. There is NSS and I am part of it. Extracurricular activities are organized by the institute. There are many events held in the institute like sports day, annual event: ‘Prabandhan’, Sarthi, fresher’s, farewell, etc. My personal experience about the campus is okay like its just okay not so good not so bad.
