My Leaning & Campus Experience at RYMEC Bellary

Overall Rating
My experience in RYMEC Bellary was good with nice teaching faculties and also good campus life. This college is affiliated by VTU University. It allows students to explore with fields visit and internships to gain practical knowledge. We have done projects and their reports and also published papers. They allowed us to do internship in the college and also outside the college.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen Civil Engineering branch. In Ballari, this college is better college for civil engineering with all laboratories. They conduct internals for a month and also for a semester. Admission in this college is through KCET, COMEDK, and management quota. After clearing any one of the entrance examination, we have to attend counseling through online after that direct admission to the college. Fee can be paid at once or at installment way. Preparation for exam was very easy by referring old question papers in the library.
My college fee was Rs. 73,050 per year as I joined this college through KCET. I had scholarship by SSP every year.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties of the college are good and well qualified with good experience. They clarify all doubts with patience and are very friendly. They solve example problems to teach students. Faculties of our branch were included males and females teachers. They used to teach us with the help of blackboard, PPTs, group discussion, fields visit, and factory visit for real life application of academic knowledge. All were from our state and communicate in the local language.
 

Placement Rating
This college has placement cell which works on the skill development of students, which required for placement and also they offer workshops.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Academic facilities like library with all books, journals, papers of all different projects and Wi-Fi, Labs with all the working equipment, seminar hall, auditorium, gardens, conference hall, canteen is very neat & hygienic, sports, a clinic also available for Medical facility, women's cell, transport facility is also available for localities, security and other facilities. Classroom is full bench with the capacity of 80 students in a room. In our civil engineering block, there is a separate workshop, library, and skill development centre.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life in RYMEC Bellary was good for me with fests, sports, cultural activities, and its serene gardens. There is an anti-ragging squad too. This college conducts college fest in the name of Mandarin every year. Mandarin event arrange in the month of December or January. College crowd is huge especially during fest days for 3 days. This college arranges alumni association to celebrate our old memories and also to share the working opportunities and experience to our friends in order to get good jobs.
