Student’s Life at ALITS Anantapur

Overall Rating
This institute is located in Anantapur district near Sri Krishna Devaraya university Anantapur. In this institute, there are courses like B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, MCA, Polytechnic, etc. This institute is more affordable to all students and the fee is comparatively less.
 

Academics Rating
ALITS Anantapur got autonomous in 2024. This institute now conducts exams on their own and there are eight semester exams. For each semester, there are lab external exams and lab internal exams. First year there are two semesters for each semester there are four labs. Later, from second year, there are only two lab exams and each lab will get you 100 marks. We can join from EAMCET, ICET, and ECET. Management quota is also available as this is a budget friendly institute.
For the people who got seat in EAMCET, their fees will be paid by government as Rs. 51,000 and management will be based on the our discussion.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is could have better for the first year people and they can improve on being more liberal as most of speak in telugu, they don't use English comparatively less. The senior faculty, however, are really good in terms of knowledge.
 

Placement Rating
The placements are moderate. The companies who have visited are HCL, Excel, Wipro, KPIT, TCS, etc.
 

Hostel Rating
Both boys and girls have separate hostels. 5 sharing rooms are there. The mess food should be improved. The hostel fees are Rs. 70,000 per year. The rules are very strict and for everything, you need to take permission from warden.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are six blocks in the institute; one for B.Tech, one for M.Tech, one for Polytechnic, one for boy’s hostel, one for girl’s hostel, and one for labs. The campus size is about more than thirty acres. The classroom has 70 seating capacity. All academic facilities are available like library, labs, seminar halls, etc. The canteen is decent and transport is good. My favorite place is ground where I can chill with my friends. The infrastructure is good and the maintenance should have been better.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is good in Anantha lakshmi Institute of Technology as it is pollution free campus. The total institute crowd is close to more than 4,000. The extracurricular activities held are sports, fests etc. The fests and events like Fresher’s Day, individual fest for every branch, Institute Day, and Farewell Day are very nice. The overall experience of our institute is really good.
