My College Life in RLAC New Delhi: Academics, Activities, & Placements

Overall Rating
My experience at Ram Lal Anand College has been great. The college offers a variety of courses, which all have their own benefits according to your career aspirations. There are many active societies you can be a part of, so you can pursue your interests along with academics. Various facilities are offered to the students here like sports and gym room, football and volleyball ground, etc. Various aspects of the college are still under development, and they are only going to improve in the future.
 

Academics Rating
RLAC Delhi has a really good academic curriculum. From DSCs based on your course to electives, you can choose everything yourself, based on your personal goals. You can learn everything from Business to Coding. All the subjects have related projects and practicals which need to be completed, honing your practical knowledge alongside theoretical. There are 2 semester exams conducted every year, along with internal tests, presentations, projects, and everything, which really make your knowledge in those subjects strong.
The College offers huge value for money. As other DU colleges, the fee is nothing compared to the value the college offers.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is one of the best parts of this college. The teachers here are really experienced and extremely knowledgeable. They all have a deep understanding of the specific subjects they teach. They make sure that every student understands their lectures and even offers to host online meets for doubts and practice sessions. Apart from the subjects they teach, they also lead projects and teams, which really provide students the real world experience and knowledge.
 

Placement Rating
The placements at RLAC Delhi are good and continuously improving. Though students still bag better offers through off-campus opportunities, the college is improving their placement and internship fairs every year and tying up with more and more good companies.
 

Hostel Rating
The College itself does not offer residential facilities, but being situated in the south campus of Delhi University, along with many other colleges, there are loads of PGs near the college of different area, space and rent, suiting the needs of every student.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is decent and is also under improvement. A new building is in development, and ACs have also been put up in all the classrooms recently. The college has various facilities. There is a sports ground for football and volleyball, and you can issue sports equipment from the sports room to play. There is also a sports and gym room. There is Wi-Fi near every classroom for efficient network. Overall, the college has a good campus, well equipped with the required resources.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life here at RLAC Delhi is great. The crowd is decent and you get to know some really great people. Being situated in the South Campus, there are various cafes, markets and such places really near the college that you can explore with your friends. There are various active clubs and societies in our college, which you can be a part of, based on your interests, from music and dance, to management and entrepreneurship. The college has something for everyone.

    The professors in my college are well educated and good in their departments As per my course B.Com I hadn't faced any difficulty in studies everything is good. In my college I also got many options in value addition course and skill enhancement course I have completed my 1 semester in this college and entering my 2nd semester.     RLA is a good college under Delhi University (south campus) with almost all the facilities provided by the university. RLA is also a decent place to built connections through different societies of college. You will get a chance to enhance your skills in best possible ways through your teachers and student council.
