RC Technical Institute: Best Institute for Study & Placement

Overall Rating
My Institute experience was great. I chose RC Technical Institute for my Diploma in Information Technology. Its geometric location is good. Students have more transportation to reach institute. The IT department of RCTI is very good. I strongly recommend to people who want to do diploma in Information Technology. It is best Institute compare to other Government institute in Ahmedabad. The overall Management of institute is good. There are many events organized by Institute, NSS and NCC unit.
 

Academics Rating
I am pursuing Diploma with 733 ranks. I have 85% in my 10th board exam so I easily get admission here. The admission process is fully done by ACPDC. It is admission committee for diploma course. I started my institute in September 2022. I did lots of practical experiment in computer labs. There is six semester in diploma, in every semester I pursue two mid semester exam and one end semester exam. The mid semester exam is conducted by institute and end semester exam is conducted by Gujarat Technological University. I get excellent grade in my diploma.
The fee structure of my institute is very easy. I chose Government institute so in First Round i confirm my admission in arc technical Institute and pay Rs. 500 tuition fee and Rs. 300 admission fees. After admission, I pay Rs. 150 for enrollment fees in University and for every end semester exam, I pay Rs. 550 and every odd semester I pay PRC fees Rs. 350 too.
 

Faculty Rating
My department faculty is very honest, calm and Knowledgeable people. My favorite Faculty is Jana Thakur. He is very funny and Knowledge person. The student to teacher ratio is 35:1. The bond between students and faculty is very good. There is group discussion, teamwork, and research and development during studies.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell is very active in my institute. I also appeared in placement. There are good recruitment companies are coming to offering jobs to diploma students like Amul India, L&T Ltd, Tech Mahindra, torrent power and more. The highest package is 5 LPA and lowest package is 2. 3 LPA and Average package is 3 to 3. 6 LPA. My placement experience is not too good and I enrolled for fun not for Job.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, There is hostel facility for both girls and boys. I also spent 3 year in hostel during my diploma. The hostel has good rooms and lobby area but washroom and bathroom are very dirty and poor. There is no mess available for food. So student have order Tiffin for lunch and dinner and It is very costly. The hostel Annual fees are 1100₹ and There is girls and boys hostel are separate. The hostel rules and regulations are very poor. The timing of Hostel is 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. my personal experience is very great i spent my valuable and golden time in RC Technical boys Hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
IT department is in Technical Bhavan 2nd floor. The IT department has 6 classrooms and 8 computer labs. There is 6 staff room and one HOD cabin too. There is library, seminar hall and library in annexed Building. The classroom is good and clean. The seating capacity of classroom is 60 students. The Campus is very large and Green. There are more than 1400 trees and plant in my institute. The transportation facilities are good student has multiple options to come institute.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is very Cool and Excellent experience. The institute crowd is very cool and excellent. I was part of NSS unit in my institute. I spent lots of valuable time with my colleague and friends. I also attend Techfest, Annual Function, and Sports Day too during my diploma. I win many competition and sports games during my diploma. I won Chess tournament in the Institute. I get good friends during my Diploma. I strongly recommend this Institute.

    This Institute is better for the diploma course and also good for the IT department. And, as it is government Institute that too under GTU so I had to apply for this one. The admission process of Institute is too easy via ACPDC website which gives all Gujarat Institutes for diploma admission and it is easy also.
