Campus life at Rajdhani College: Societies, Fests, and More

My overall experience in Rajdhani College was very nice as I enjoyed and learned a lot in this College. When I came to this College, I was very tensed because I came from different city to study here but I settled here quickly as all the students and teachers were there to help me and made me so much comfortable. In addition, what I love about this College that there is a different societies through. So the students who wants to learn different things other than academics then they can join this College for sure.

I chose English (Hons.) because I find novels and poems very interesting and after taking this course, I find that my thinking and reading ability has improved a lot. To get admission into University, I have given CUET exam in which first, I got my normalized score then I made preference list of my Colleges then finally I got my admission.

I choose English hons and my fee is Rs. 14,000 per year. There are additional charges also, when I fill my examination form of that semester, then I have to pay fee including practice exam fee.

I chose English (Hons.) and our College faculty is very good as they pay attention to all the students so that students can be good in academics. They regularly come to the class to take lecture. They use different methods to explain topics like real life examples, group discussion, etc. They take extra classes, which help students a lot in improving their academics. They also made some groups so that students can ask their doubts any time and they reply gently, which encourages students to study.

There is a placement cell in Rajdhani College, which works efficiently as they continuously talk to hr of the company and provide placement opportunities to the students. Placement cell conduct placement and internship fair in which they invite companies into the College so that students can directly talk to her and are selected. Many renowned companies visit the College for recruitment like Tech Mahindra, Indigo, and Airtel. The highest package is 21.5 LPA

In my College, there is a very big library, which has a variety of books other than academics books. The most loving part of our College is reading room in which students come in free lectures for doing study and reading room is fully covered with AC. There is more facility in our College like auditorium, seminar hall, labs etc. In addition, it gives sports opportunities to students in which they go to different Colleges for competition and play different sports. Our canteen food quality was also very nice. There is a girl’s common room in which girls can rest and can have all the medical facilities, which they require.

Rajdhani College campus crowd is very nice as they are very well in nature and talk to other people politely. There are different societies like music society, placement and internship cell, Commerce society, fin mark society, Enactus society, etc. I have joking Rubaiyat music society in which I explored different Colleges of DU for competitions and also I have joined placement cell in which I gained a lot of experience in many things. Our College also organize fest in which singers come for the show and I found fest very interesting as it organizes lot of fun activities. So overall campus life is very nice.
