Amazing Campus Life at NMIMS School of Law Indore

Overall Rating
NMIMS School of Law Indore has very different rules in comparison to other Law Colleges. For all students who are from outside Indore, hostels are mandatory as they can't stay off campus. I am glad I am from Indore. Also, they accept CLAT Score and for general category rankers from 5000 to 10,000 are given direct admissions. I have finished a year here and I enjoy coming to the University.
 

Academics Rating
We have trimesters of 4 subjects each. After every trimester there's a small break, and after three trimesters we are given a long break for internships in which our University helps immensely. Besides CLAT, NLAT is another way of getting admission here and students of any stream be it Arts, Science or Commerce anyone can enroll here.
Fees for an academic year is Rs. 1,60,000/- a year while previous batch students paid Rs. 1,50,000/- a year. This year again it has been revised to Rs. 1,80,000/- a year.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties motivate us daily as managing Law studies are frustrating at times along with Arts subjects as well. So, switching from one aspect to the other is challenging for students but our faculties have managed this so well. They have ensured that we enjoy the classes and achieve good marks in each class. Most professors already have taught in various Universities so they know how to calm students and manage the new comers.
 

Placement Rating
Only 2 batches from NMIMS School of Law Indore have passed out. After a very rigorous placement session in year 2024, 2025 saw some changes as around 40 students were placed in the large corporate houses through campus.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel has all the basic facilities. It's only for students outside Indore but for them it's mandatory. The curfew timings of hostel is 9.30 PM. Hostelers are not allowed to roam inside the campus past 10 or 10.30 PM.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus is on smaller scale and surrounded by greenery, and buildings are modernized with glass railings installed in our corridors. There's already a moot hall and another one is getting ready as National Law Fest is happening at our University since 2023 now. The disadvantages include that our University hardly has a parking space and is located in remote area. Sports facilities and cafeteria of our University are excellent.
 

Campus Rating
University environment is so amazing as the clubs and societies are fully active post classes. Campus life is satisfactory.
