My Experience at NMIMS School of Law Indore

Overall Rating
Factors that made me choose NMIMS School of Law Indore was that it has good infrastructure. The Institute has good safety and strictness, which make students punctual. The motive behind to enrol in the Institute was to be in my town and it is one of top-notch Institution. I would definitely recommend this Institute to students who want to study Law program.
 

Academics Rating
I chose BBA.LL.B (Hons.). For admission, you need to have minimum 45% in 12th boards and passed NLAT exam. One semester has two-exam mid-term and end term where group discussion, class participation, quizzes & sometimes presentations are taken to give internal marks. The academics prepare for your best future.
The fee of my course year wise is Rs. 1,50,000/-. If you choose transport facilities you’ve to pay Rs. 36,000/-. There is no special discount based on students’ category.
 

Faculty Rating
Each subject has specialised and well trained teachers. Most of them have completed their education from NLUs and top Government Institutions. They have done Ph.D. Every teacher provides PPTs and teaches on blackboard. All of them pay keen attention over any doubt and help with any problem. Teachers motivate student to participate in class and increase confidence by conducting group discussion. Each and every faculty member is very approachable.
 

Placement Rating
There is a Placement Committee at NMIMS School of Law Indore, which invite the best companies in the drives. The average package offer is 2 LPA to 3 LPA and highest 10 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the Institute has residential facilities. There are different hostel for both girls’ and boys’. The hostel facilities provide students with Breakfast, Lunch, Tea, and Dinner.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is located in Gandhi Nagar, near the airport, which is the best area for people who live outside Indore. It is also near to the local market. Each classroom has good ventilation system, AC, and for emergency, a fire alarm & water sprinkler. The classrooms have good sitting capacity for around 65 students. library, labs, conference rooms, committee rooms for different departments, moot court, etc. are present.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is fun. You get to learn lot of things. There is amazing crowd where all kind of people from different parts of India come together. There are many clubs. Activities, and events keep on happening, which lower your stress as you get to enjoy but you are still focused on your academics. Many TEDx talks are held where professors and big personalities come to Institute & tell about their experiences and motivate you.

    NMIMS School of Law Indore has very different rules in comparison to other Law Colleges. For all students who are from outside Indore, hostels are mandatory as they can't stay off campus. I am glad I am from Indore. Also, they accept CLAT Score and for general category rankers from 5000 to 10,000 are given direct admissions.
