My Opinion on ASMC Hardoi

Overall Rating
I chose MBBS over other profession because it is a noble and respectful profession. My College is situated 12 km away from the main city in a very peaceful environment. Also it is near Lucknow so you can go there for fun and enjoyment on weekend. The infrastructure of this College is awesome. It provides many sports facilities to the students.
 

Academics Rating
For admission in ASMC Hardoi, the students need to qualify NEET UG and appear for the counseling. I got this College based on my rank. It conducts two terminal exams, pre University exam, and then final exams each year. The academics prepare for real life challenges.
The fee for general category is Rs. 26,000/- per year. The fee for the students of other categories is Rs. 17,000/- per year. The examination fee is Rs. 13,500/- per year. The scholarship is also provided by the State Government based on your category. The scholarship amount lies between Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- per year.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of all the departments are well qualified and highly educated. The method of teaching is interactive. The bond between teachers and the students is very good. We have 5 to 10 faculty members in each department, so the teacher to student ratio is quite good. The teachers have done Doctorate level of education. Overall, the faculty members of ASMC Hardoi are good.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the College has placement cell. The cell provides one year paid internship to the students with the stipend of Rs. 12000/- per month. After the internship, the students can join as a Medical Officer in any hospital.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the College provides hostel facilities to the students. There are separate hostel for the first year students. The double sharing rooms are available for the students. The hostel room has one bed, almirah, table, and a chair. The mess is common for both girls and the boys. The hostel fee is Rs. 4800/- per year.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus has two academic blocks. There are several departments in ASMC Hardoi. We have multiple hall for functions, central library with syllabus books, cafeteria, etc. The classrooms are well equipped with AC facilities and projectors. The campus has sports facilities as well such as Badminton court, Football ground, Volleyball court, Table Tennis, Chess, etc. The transports facilities are also provided by the College. The whole campus is equipped with CCTV cameras.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life till now is good. The campus crowd is not huge. The College celebrates various festivals like Holi, Diwali, Lohri, Basant Pnachami, etc. It conducts an annual fest called Infusion which is organised by the students every year.
