Excellent Faculty at L.S. Raheja College of Arts and Commerce Mumbai

Overall Rating
L.S. Raheja College of Arts and Commerce Mumbai, in my opinion, is the best choice for a Commerce student. The College offers excellent faculty members with great knowledge and experience. I like the crowd of the College. I was able to make great connections that will last for a lifetime. I would highly recommend this College for various reasons like the amazing faculty here, the facilities provided to students, its infrastructure, the College environment, and the list goes on.
 

Academics Rating
I choose Bachelor of Commerce to be able to prepare for Charted Accountant simultaneously since the syllabus will overlap. Eligibility for my course for in-house students is passing higher secondary examination. Semester-wise exams are conducted every year. The students are required to apply for admission here by filling out the College application form and then the College releases a merit list based on the student’s performance in HSC. Thereafter, students after making it to the merit list are required to submit their documents and pay the fees to confirm their admission.
The fee structure is around Rs. 9900/- for the third year of my degree. Category students get a fee concession. Scholarships are also available for students who scored more than 75% in their HSC.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are well-educated and experienced. They have expansive knowledge of their respective fields. They make use of practical examples to give us an in-depth understanding of varied concepts. Most of the faculty members are helpful and let the students reach out to them for academic and non-academic problems. The teachers utilise PPTs, blackboards and group discussions while explaining concepts. There are regular tests taken by the faculty members to ensure great student performance.
 

Placement Rating
Our College has a placement cell but not lot students are placed.
 

Hostel Rating
No, our College doesn’t have hostel facilities for students.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our College is nowadays under renovation. The campus is good. Our classrooms are soon to be fully air conditioned. There is Wi-Fi connectivity for students and staff on-campus. There is a library with good seating arrangement and it is fully air conditioned. There are air conditioned computer labs too. There is a spacious auditorium, beautiful canteen with great food, transport facilities, and top-notch security with various CCTVs available all across the campus.
 

Campus Rating
L.S. Raheja College of Arts and Commerce Mumbai offer a safe and secure environment to students. I had a fun campus life owing to the activities held every now and then on-campus. There are various extracurricular activities and fests held on-campus. I specifically like the Garba celebration because of its liveliness. Unmesh 2025 is Inter-College Event organised by B.A & B.Com courses of the College
